Appalling service – Paid for express delivery, ended up with a stolen parcel.g…
I have given a one-star rating primarily due to the issues with delivery. Despite paying for 1-2 business days of shipping, the parcel arrived late. To avoid any further complications, I specifically requested delivery to a Post Office, providing all the necessary evidence and instructions. However, they ignored this and delivered it to my flat instead, where the package was subsequently stolen. I have filed a claim for a refund and am still awaiting a satisfactory response from them.

Customer supports a bit inconsiderate
Don’t bother signing up with them to get a discount on your first order it doesn’t even work they send you an invalid code and come up with some BS when you call them up on it..
Not a great way to welcome new customers at all.. definitely won’t be buying anything from them again..

Wouldn’t even give 1 star
Wouldn’t even give 1 star , I gave the correct address and the company were not interested in even helping to try and sort the fact trainers had been delivered to the wrong location. They didn’t respond to messages . I would advoid . Lost £124.99 . But I will taking the matter to fraud team and small claims court .
All the seller had to do is take a claim on my behalf . Cow boy sellers advoid
