Good service , but I payed in total £150 for , operative test, working at heights, and my blue card. Then found out if you go on the government website it’s £22.50 per process which comes to £67.50. Difference of £82.50

Great Customer Support
Due to a technical issue, I was unable to proceed using the App, so I called and spoke with Anna James. There were no long wait times or passsing from agent to agent. Anna got straight on with sorting things out and was super helpful, in completing my CSCS Black Card renewal process. Initially on the telephone and thereafter via email. This was all concluded with minimumal disruption and took only a few minutes of my time. Thank you for helping close this out swiftly for ensuring that my card renewal proceded without any hitches.
