Moccona coffee refill size

Moccona coffee refills has gone from 100 gram packets, to 90gm, to 80gm & now 75gms in same sized packet while the price keeps increasing.
Very deceptive, will no longer buy.

Consumer NZ not worth the subscription

The service to consumers is slow responding, unhelpful and rude. I was a member for years and had an issue. I don’t think they read it properly or were having a bad day or something. However they responded in CAPITALS siding with a retailer who was denying me the right to return via courier as per the retailers website. I live rurally so town trips are infrequent and inconvenient. Anyway I have ceased my Consumer membership. There are plenty of review sites and their member services are not worth the cost. Save your money.

I have a membership

I have a membership and thought I'd write in reply to Craig's review.
Craig believes Consumer NZ should service everyone for free. "Our work is primarily funded via membership. Consumers who pay to access our member-only information and advice, also help fund our research, investigations and campaigns aimed at helping all New Zealanders get a fairer deal. Other funds are sourced from business programmes and contract work, mostly with government agencies. We also rely on donations"
The difference is I am a "paying" consumer.
. Stop trying to get everything for free and then write spurious reviews when you don't get your way

Not what I believe their mission should…

Not what I believe their mission should be! "Non-profit organisation ... to Give advice to thousands of consumers about their rights and how to exercise them" (from their website).
1) If they exist to protect consumers, why do they only offer subscriptions that are annually rolled over autonatically, and then have the gall to say "that system is what consumers want"!!! Surey most canny consumers relize the danger in that kind f coercive product delivery?
2) I sent an email recently asking about a consumer issue, and their reply was that if I wasn't subscribed they would not reply to me.

I think this policy stinks and is totally anti-consumer. So how do they dare proclaim their clearly fraudulent mission statement?
