This was by far the easiest time I have EVER had transitioning between phones.

My CSR was excellent. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for several years, and have seen a major decrease in customer satisfaction in just about every industry. It’s great to deal with a company that still practices excellent customer care.

Everything I've done through this company has been so easy. From transferring my old number to them to buying a new phone and the activation... It's been a breeze

If I have a question on anything, your support people answer it. I find them friendly and helpful. If they have any questions or need to alert you they do it right away.
You cannot beat the price for us seniors, either. I highly recommend them!

Easy transaction: new iphone 17e. Really don’t care for replacing a phone that still works, but that’s because I’m old enough to remember when phone companies provided hardware that worked FOREVER. It’s a digital age, I guess. Haven’t switched over to the new phone yet, as a charger was not included (just a ubs-c cable). The old charging systems were about 5 watts, and the new phones apparently need up to 40 watts. Pretty bold move to change the entire charging system and then NOT include all necessary hardware. Oh, well, c'est la vie.A trip to Walmart awaits…

Excellent cellular service in town, but poor reception in the outlying areas where I live and engage in outdoor recreation. Customer service was helpful and prompt while I was setting up service, but somewhat hostile and skeptical when I canceled due to cellular coverage issues. I will be charged for a month of service despite canceling after the first week. Coverage maps may show impressive 5G/4G in your area, but the maps don't differentiate between areas that have 5 bars of 5G or 1 bar or less of 4G.

I replaced one of my phones and it was fast and simple to set up.

We have been customers since 2010 and have never had any issues at all with Consumer Cell. Great prices on service and phones. And I have always had a real person to help us through setting up new phones.

Dear Consumer Cellular Team,
I am writing to share my recent positive experience switching to Consumer Cellular after being a Verizon customer for over 20 years.
I visited your store and was assisted by Robert, who helped me transition my service. I was able to keep my phone, my phone number, and all of my apps. Since the switch, my service has improved significantly; specifically, I can now send photos to my friends and family easily, which was a recurring issue I faced with Verizon.
I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Robert and the quality of your network.
Best regards,

I upgraded from my S24 ultra to a S26 ultra. I'm very happy with my new phone. The graphics are very sharp and clear. The S26 ultra is much easier to hold than the S24 ultra. I started the smart switch using wifi but even with my hi speed wifi it seemed slow. Ive been having some router problems so that's probably why. I switched to using the s cable to finish the smart switch and the data transfer between my phones then finished very fast and smoothly. Happy customer.

Activation of the phone went fairly smoothly. Instructions on how to set up voice mail were not helpful at all. Called customer service and they didn't seem to know what to do for my phone. My sister-in-law finally figured it out. Although using phone for calling "favorites" is pretty simple navigating through menu options and setting up contacts is awkard.

I am thrilled to be a CC customer, they have proven to be inspired by customer satisfaction. My iPhone upgrade could not have gone smoother, I am not especially tech savvy but I set the phone up without assistance, knowing they were a phone call away to answer my call gave me the confidence I needed to succeed!

My old phone, I mean 6+ year old phone, was slowing and starting to act weird. I put off getting a new phone because I suffer from Purchase Telephone Stress Disorder. But Consumer Cellular made the process so easy. I chose the new phone, decided if i wanted to purchase or finance, and the phones arrived two days later with simple setup instructions.

I had my phone service transferred for COX because their service was so bad. I had to stand outside to get phone reception. Made many complaints to COX, not easy to reach, with no results. Now that I am with Consumer Cellular I can sit inside. I get great reception and their representatives that helped me make this transition were very patient and thoughtful. I am VERY happy with my service now

We had a very complicated transfer and it required multiple calls with Consumer Cellular and 3 in person visits to the physical store of the provider we left over 3 days. Every representative was polite, patient, and tried very hard to make it work. I'm sure that wasn't easy dealing with two very un-tech savvy seniors, so thank them!

Being new to the northwestern Indiana southwestern Michigan area, my old phone carrier didn't have service hardly at all for voice and Internet was basically non -exsistant. After struggling with our old service for 6 months I had finally had enough and called Consumer Cellular. They have great service in the area I'm in and the transition over was basically a no brainer. The staff at CC took great care of myself and my wife and both phone's were switched over rather effortlessly. Thank you Consumer Cellular
