By offering you a small 5% discount on your order this company sneaks in terms that you are LOCKED IN to your future subscription for 2 further orders until they let you cancel.

ACCC has already flagged these practices as unlawful so do not tolerate this and report this company for legal action and tell your bank to block further unsanctioned payments.

I ordered my contacts at night and they dispatched my order the morning. I was very pleased with the free express shipping for orders over $129. My order arrived neatly packaged.

I have used this company twice before and thought they were great however service seems to have slipped with my most recent order placed by express post. I got a call sometime thereafter to advise that the contact lenses I ordered were not in stock, there was no ETA at all when they would next be in stock and to arrange a refund or refer to the email that they sent me. At the time of ordering there was no indication to me that there was no stock and I certainly did not receive any email to advise that they were out of stock or next steps. I then called the number back at 11:30am Monday and was told that none of the team could speak with me and that I should leave my number to expect a return call. I've now spent over $600 2 weeks ago, stillnot refunded or called back and I'm out of my contact lenses.

It’s 2025, and permanent subscriptions are still happening at ContactMe without customers even knowing about it. How is this still a thing bffr? No clear info at checkout, no transparency, it’s like they’re hoping we won’t notice until we’re stuck. Not a good look, Contactme.

I had a very frustrating experience with Contactme. I tried to cancel my subscription, and was told I either had to finish two payment cycles or cough up a penalty fee equal to the discount I got. This information was never disclosed at the time of purchase, and after reviewing their terms and conditions, I found no mention of this sneaky policy… guess they think transparency is overrated and consumer law is a joke or smth.

The lenses I bought also gave me dry eyes, I never had this problem with Acuvue lenses that I purchased from other retailers, maybe the ones sold by Contactme are fake or they have been storing the products in a poor environment. It’s reasonable not to continue using their subscription. But hey, ContactMe gives zero fs.

Honestly, if you’re thinking about buying from ContactMe, DON’T.

They tend to have the better prices for contacts, fast delivery and the customer service is amazing. An email about a new brand of lenses available came out, and when I enquired on how they compare to the brand I use (my eyes are picky snobs!) I had a reply within the hour explaining how they compare and an offer to be sent a trial pack if I covered shipping (and I received them the next day!)

Ordered my contacts and had them delivered in under 48 hours. The whole process was hassle free and am very happy with my order. 10/10 would order again.

After seeing reviews of Temu.com fraudulently taking money out of people’s account and passing on details of people’s bank details to 3 RD parties I will be notifying my bank to this company’s antics

I bought 3 packs of -5.0 and 3 packs of -5.5 from ContactMe. They said -5.5 would be ready in a month and if it's ok to deliver 3 packs of -5.0 first and I said ok. They delivered only 2 packs of -5.0 and they said it was mistake. I said it's ok to send the other pack of -5.0 with -5.5 together when -5.5 is ready. A month later, they sent me another 3 packs of -5.0 and they said it was a mistake again and asked me to send them back to their company. I ran out of all my -5.5 now and still waiting for them to send me my -5.5. I don't think my order was too complicated to make mistakes twice and I've never seen any online shops delivering wrong items at their fault and asking customers to send them back again with a label given only by them.

Fake total 1 dailies, not genuine

Very competitive prices and fast delivery. I would highly recommend ordering your contact lenses through this company/website. I’ve tried twice and was very happy each time with how efficient the service was. And I’ll continue to order with them in the future.
