I’ve been getting my lenses from ContactsDaily for 2 years. So far, the only time I have experienced very slow delivery was when I ordered astigmatism lenses. Apart from that, delivery usually takes around 1 week. Also, they may be slower in stocking certain brands. Overall their pricing is very competitive. Yes, I do agree that they are a bit slow in responding to emails.

Lens were late by more than a month, and the packaging that the lens came in were dubious and likely fake with poorly printed sticker stuck onto what looks like a box of cheap contacts. Was lured by the slightly discounted price from retail. Deeply regret.

The lens are thin and dry out easily. I couldn’t wear the monthly lens more than a week. I ordered biomedics toric 6 pack.

Do NOT order from them especially if you're in urgent need! Your order will probably either be very late or not arrive at all (Mine is still MIA after ordering 7 weeks ago...LOL) Contacted them to no avail as phone number is unavailable. Emails not responded to.

WATCH OUT! Seems to be a big scam.

I ordered S$622 worth of contact lenses over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a thing besides the instant confirmation and payment receipt upon payment. The tracking still says processing and I’ve messaged them twice with no response.

I will be contacting my credit card company this week if I don’t hear back soon. Their website has no contact phone number and their WhatsApp messaging doesn’t work.

I placed an order a week ago. It still reads as processing and has not been shipped, and no tracking provided. I have heard nothing from the company, and no options have been provided. They promise fast delivery within 2-5 working days.

They charged my creditcard immediately, despite not having shipped the goods. I will now attempt to get a refund and dispute the charge with my credit card issuer.

I don’t know yet if this company is a scam or actually intend to try and deliver a service. They are certainly not trying to offer a good customer experience.

Beware! Their website may look legit and they seem to be spending a lot of Google search ads, but the moment you make payment, all you get is a tracking number which basically tells you for 1 week that your order is "still processing". I have emailed them countless times with no luck, so I don't even know if I'll get my money back. I don't know how some reviews online say that their shipping is fast - I have experienced no such thing. It's basically a HK company trying to do tech and failing miserably. Check out their Facebook page - it has 2500+ reviews from dubious profiles, but not a single person likes their FB posts. You be the judge.
Update: I finally got my order in 2 batches after kicking up a big fuss. So they're not a scam but just really bad at handling orders and queries.

Love your services! Shipping is quick. Ordering is simple! Prices are so much cheaper than buying from retail. Keep up the great work!
