What made this experience great was how easy it was to navigate the page. ContactDirect handle the insurance part for my order which was fully covered by my issuance company, that never has happened when I place an order through my doctor's office. my order came within three days to my mail box.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong…
I inadvertently ordered the wrong contact lens prescription. Although my newer prescription is on file and I have ordered the newer prescription more recently. So I was sent the wrong prescription. I immediately called and spoke with someone in the Chat. I started the return procedure but never received a follow up email. So then I spoke with someone named Maria who never put my order through because when I called a 3rd time they didn’t see the order. So I called again and finally spoke with someone named who seemed helpful. This was yesterday Friday . While the new contacts were expressed shipped and were said to arrive today I will now not be receiving them until Monday. Very upset and disappointed.
