out of stock all the time
out of stock all the time - I've seen at least 10,000 ads from this company claiming they never have stock issues but I've experienced the exact opposite over the past 5 years, your website is hard to navigate but the prices are hard to beat, so we keep coming back because bottom line is what matters, I'm totally frustrated though with getting a product traction and then the containers going out of stock for months at a time, we can't even keep basic black tops for the most basic roller available.

I like the live phone agent option. The agent informed me that items on the website marked "out of stock" may be in stock but less than a case worth. This news was very good and I was able to order the items I originally wanted.

Wouldn't recommend their services for small orders (anything less than a case). I have leaky lids, but since my order is small there's no reasonable recourse for resolving my issue, such as with a return. Sure, they provided some options to help resolve the issue, but I'm not interesting in spending more money (ie for shipping) to merely test more lids when it should've worked the first time. Meh, just glad it was a small order so I can warn others for a small price. The products I ordered included the HDPE plastic cylinder round bottle (24-410), and the Black PP plastic 24-410 ribbed skirt spouted dispensing lid. Honestly, could've gone with the non-spouted lids given that it already provdies a reliable drip from the sides of the lid. Furthermore, the walls of the bottle are thinner than I expected. Sure, they're cheap... until you pay shipping (relative to small orders).

They are always so helpful and orders get processed quickly. My most recent experience was when I needed plastic caps with foil seals to use with an induction sealer I just bought. They sent me enough samples to make sure I could get the settings on the machine just right and they all worked like a charm on my first try. It doesn’t get much better than that!
