I do not recommend this store!!!!!!!!!

I strongly advise against processing any ASOS returns directly through this company.

They include a return note suggesting that sending the item back to them directly is faster — this is completely misleading. It is not faster, and you may never receive your refund.

Customer service is extremely poor. They do not take responsibility, provide no real help, and simply redirect you elsewhere after delays.

Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Do not waste your time or risk your money — always process returns through ASOS directly.

Great service / lovely swimwear

Great service - ordered a bikini through asos from south beach and had to return it. The process was simple and I was refunded within a week. Would buy again!

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with Continental Textiles. This is honestly the worst company I have ever ordered from. I emailed them numerous times and even called multiple times to try and resolve my issue. Each time I managed to get through on the phone, I spoke to a lady who kept promising that someone would reply to my emails — but nothing ever happened.
Customer service is practically nonexistent. Most of the time there’s no one available to speak to, and when you do reach someone, nothing actually gets resolved. I honestly feel sorry for the poor girl answering the phone because she must deal with a huge number of unhappy customers while clearly having no support from management.
My issue was completely ignored, and despite all my attempts to contact them, I have still not received a proper response or a refund. It genuinely feels like once they have your money, they stop caring entirely.
Hideous customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. In my experience, they take your money and you will never see a refund.

Terrible - do not buy from

Terrible service. DO NOT BUY from their website or through ASOS. You will never get anybody to get back to you by phone or email. Waiting for a reply is a waste of your time. You won’t get a refund either. Anyone who answers the phone says they can’t help you and that ‘customer service is not’ in despite calling different days. And the claim that they will get back to you in 48hrs - yeah forget about it

Still no refund

Still no refund. Approaching a month. Still not providing me truth a phone number or name of staff member despite repeatedly asking via email. Selfish arrogant behaviour.
