Was told 2 weeks ago that item was not in stock and would be back in stock within the week and that I would be contacted when it was in stock, called back the 16th and was told it had been in stock all the time and would be shipped that same day and I would receive by the 21st. Did not ship till yesterday the 20th and won't be here till middle of next week. All in all very poor service and would never use them again. They won't offer any compensation for all this trouble, I ask for 20% they offered NOTHING...............

I ordered brand name hedge trimmers at a great price before the same day shipping cut off time. The trimmers shipped a few hours later. Arrived on the third day after purchase. Based on this experience I will defiantly purchase from Contractors Direct again.

Ordered tile spacers with two day air shipping. Heard back via email after I purchased them, there was a back order on one of the products. After emailing and sending a voicemail, I heard back the next day via email regarding sending a partial order. I asked for free expedited shipping because 2 days had already elapsed and they wouldn't do it. Very disappointed, I'll order from someone else next time.

Great pricing and received my item very quickly. Shipped the same day. Had a issue with my tool and customer service helped me through the warranty process. Highly recommend.

They sell old pre mixed grout and you likely will not be able to keep the colors consistent from one gallon to the next as a result. Very poor QC. I remodel on the side and I will never use Contractors direct again.

They do a bait and switch and send you incorrect sizes and try to trick buyers. Ordered a 7" blade and they sent a 8" and just put a 7" sticker over the 8" trying to trick me. Once I realized they said they dont have 7" anymore and I have to take it back to UPS myself to return. Worst customer service and terrible store

it might help if you include your warehouse address. you don't appear in the directory of this building.

your Warehouse might actually contain some reviews from at least people delivering to you or past workers, if not a walk-in address.

you have a good price on a dust extractor, but it seemed like it might be a little too good.
