I have been with COO for a few months now, and so far the experience has been fantastic. The most rewarding aspect so far has been the opportunity to step back and away from the pull of day-to-day operations, and enjoy the interaction and idea sharing with colleagues across a wide array of industries.

I've participated in this organization for the past 2 years and have found tremendous value as a fairly young leader -- so many resources to lean on and amazing content. Best professional group I've ever been a part of!

The COO Alliance is an amazing group that focuses on the second in command. As a COO I am faced with a variety of unique situations and being part of this group is a tremendous resource. The in person live events are a great resource to network and find peers that are in the same situation as you, as well build a more closely nit relationship within the smaller accountability groups. Truly invaluable.

the COO Alliance is one of the very few places where COO's and Directors of Operations get to share and learn from their roles and all the challenges that come with it. The structure and ability to learn and grow in this program are simply amazing and totally worth the investment

I have been part of various leadership groups for the last 18 years and have had amazing growth and learnings from each. Recently I had the opportunity to join the COO alliance in person event and was blown away by the content and the discussions between group members. While it was an amazing learning being in pervious groups with various roles at different companies (CEOs, COOs, CFOs and all the other C acronyms) it was a different experience to be around those that are ONLY is the same role at other companies...so of course, I joined!

The team that runs COO Alliance is TOP NOTCH! Constant and clear communication and on top of that they really care and do everything they can to make member's experience as best as it can be.

If you are a COO looking to speed up your own development and in turn your companies, I highly suggest joining!

COOA is an amazing way to connect with similar people in a space where you can collaborate on big picture thoughts and ideas professionally and also personally.

I recently took on a new role as COO after being a CEO of my own company for 20 years. Being "Second in Command" is a different role that I felt unprepared to take on when invited. Then I found the COO Alliance. Thank the Lord for the COO Alliance!!! Cameron and his team welcomed me in, and I immediately found value. I no longer feel alone trying to figure this out and the resources amongst the members are invaluable. I highly recommend this group for COO's, whether new or seasoned.

I am a new member of the COO Alliance, I signed up the day before their December meeting, so I was able to join right out of the gates, and it was AMAZING!! I am sold on the value; I was able to collaborate with other COO's on my second day and get great feedback on challenges I have faced in my role and give feedback to others with challenges we have faced and resolved in our organization!

COO Alliance is a game changer for any second in command! Being able to get feedback, insight, and fresh perspectives from other people in Operational roles has created an endless opportunity of growth for me and my organization.

Geez - where to begin? I’d been following Cameron for years while I was a salesperson. Never thought I’d find myself in a COO role but when I did, I knew I needed to learn from someone who’d been there before… because quite honestly, I knew next to nothing. We went from $0 to $26 million in just a couple years and I felt like I was on a rocket ship that I didn’t want to hold back. I needed my skills to increase as fast as the biz was. That’s exactly what the program has helped me with. This has been one of the best programs for me specifically when it comes to learning about tactical ways to improve culture, team efficiencies and performance, hiring, and all the nitty gritty systems necessary to build an amazing company. One of the things I learned regarding hiring completely changed my process. This one approach has literally saved my executive team over 30 hours per month. What projects could you get done with an extra 30 hours per month? What’s that worth? Prob a hell of a lot more than the investment for COO alliance. And that’s just ONE thing I learned. I would tell you what it is but then Cameron might kill me so instead I’ll just tell you to buckle up and give over your credit card now. If your COO doesn’t wanna pay for it, then you should pay for it out of pocket if you’re serious about growing and taking your skills and biz to the next level. It’ll be worth it.

Looking for a group where you can be uncomfortable and comfortable? Then this is your tribe! Been with the COO Alliance for over a year and attended their in-person event in April 2022. Priceless information and interactions! Networking and sharing of experiences and resources is endless. Don't schedule time to meet with your CEO on joining- RUN to them NOW!

COOA is meeting and in most cases exceeding my expectations. The two areas that are worth reassessing are (a) the length of the monthly sessions and the possibility of breaking it up into two meeting/month (b) the tangible or tactile outcome of all the breakout activity, and how that can brought back into the accountability groups.

COO Alliance is a must for any second in command. This group has provided me with many insights and knowledge that I can not put a dollar amount on. Everyone is here for the same cause, and that is to lift each other and see everyone succeed. Camron is a genius and truly here to help.

I've been a member of a few COO groups and Cameron's COO Alliance is by far the best. The content presented at each meeting is highly valuable. I have implemented many things I learned during the sessions. I have also formed great relationships with other COOs and everyone is always willing to share their experience and offer assistance when needed. I highly recommend the COO Alliance.

As a new member, so far very pleased with the community and assistance we share with each other. Monthly events are full of great takeaways. Looking forward to the year ahead.

Having access to Cameron, his team, and literally hundreds of top tier COOs is truly invaluable! One place to have so much experienced based input anytime is just amazing. I cannot wait to see what COO Alliance continues to do for me and those around me.

Being a member of COO Alliance is not a nice to have... it's been central to my role as COO, not to mention invaluable. It's a billion dollar think tank of COOs who are willing to advise and share what's working, what's not working, best practices.
