Perfum's are very good quality product.

Used this website several times, I never had any issues. Shipping is fast and the perfumes are authentic.

Something went wrong with the delivery and I was accused of having received the parcel whilst the moneys were returned...... Controversional. The problem with the delivery: parcels are dropped in a hallway from which many parcels go missing. I had pointed that out in 2 emails before the shipment was effected but it was NOT followed up. It was then simply stated that I should have followed this up with the delivery company who dropped off the parcel in the hallway after which it indeed went missing. I suggested, as a Lesson Learned, to include an info block in their website to record "special instructions" regarding delivery that would be automatically forwarded to the delivery company. This discussion was not entertained. I will NEVER get anything from "not so cool priser". They did return the order amount so that was good, hence a 2 star, not a 1 star. Folks at cool priser are pretty arrogant if you ask me.

They sent me an e-mail that I would get a gift-voucher if I would write a review on Trustpilot. Which is against Trustpilot’s terms and conditions. So chances are other reviews of Coolpriser here are paid for as well, what of course makes them less trustworthy. I am curious if I will indeed receive the gift voucher of €20,-

I ordered perfume from this website and was very satisfied!
First of all, I liked the convenient and user-friendly interface — it’s easy to find the fragrance you need and read its description. The selection is really wide, with both popular brands and more rare options available.
Placing the order was quick and hassle-free. I’d also like to highlight the fast delivery — the package arrived even earlier than expected, and everything was carefully packed with no damage.
Most importantly, the fragrance is completely original, with excellent longevity, exactly as described. This is very important since it’s hard to find trustworthy stores nowadays.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices and special offers — I managed to buy my favorite perfume at a great price.
I will definitely order again and recommend this website to my friends!

fake smell - I received another perfume not what it was supposed to be.

I've tested Chanel's Paris - Deauville perfume several times at the store. Before buying a full bottle, I wanted to get a tester to try wearing it.

However the perfume I received is 100% not Chanel.
It smells pungent and gross.
Chanel's Paris - Deauville is vibrant, bright and airy.

Scammers. You will be ripped

I ordered Amber oud bleu exclusief, and was delivered a perfume that smelled completely different. As I already have the perfume, also in the earlier packaging, and samples of Layton, which it is duping, AND they had a photo of the wrong perfume on the website (Al Haramain bleu edtion, which is more like what I got sent) you would think this would be a fairly open and shut case. But noooo, it was necessary to have 13, 13!!! emails about how high their quality standards were, how many customer service awards they have, and it was all definitely because the perfume just 'didnt please me'. Rather than a mistake by them. Trust me, no one is going to spend weeks being gaslit by what appears to be a bunch of 14 year olds going crazy with chat gpt in customer service to get 13 euros back without good reason.

After finally asserting my eu customer rights I got my money back, but this was honestly probably the weirdest and sloppiest customer service experiences Ive had in the last 10 years.

They lie about delivery time. I ordered a perfume for a present and on the site it says “delivery time 4-7 days”… It’s been more than two weeks now and track and tracing code says the post.nl hasn’t received the shipment yet.
Now I have to buy another perfume which means double the costs for me. Thank you Coolpriser.nl!!
