After many positive experiences with cool stuff inc I purchased a HP legends rare was sent a damage legends rare and was told that HP photo was a stock HP photo very deceptive. Like their photos dont trust coolstuffinc.

MtG Card - Damaged?!?
I purchased a card from this company for $30. It arrived and was put in a sleeve and binder. Later I purchased a card from another vendor that had been fake. Deciding to test the cards of high monetary value under a black light, I checked to find the inking was much darker and lacking the phosphorescent quality used by WotC. I sent out an email asking me to send it back via standard shipping. Upon doing so, I also inquired why all my packages have been doubled or tripled up in the same envelope. My friend had the same issue with this. Once this happened, they investigated to find they had taken $10 worth of shipping this way, but could only authorize to put it on store credit in the form of a gift certificate, which I reluctantly accepted.
2 days later, I received an email about the card. I want to say, I mailed this in one of the priority mail USPS Priority mail stiff envelopes, in a penny sleeve with a top loader inside of a standard envelope. They told me the card was creased and I was not allowed a refund, conveniently after pricing has changed on this quite a bit. I was then told the rep, Chris, would go ask and examine the envelope and card for damage and photographs. He came back telling me it was in just an envelope, to which I called him out on, then he said the toploaders still allow cards to be damaged. I told him, if it's creased inside a toploader the envelope you saw should have been damaged too. I then pointed out how suspicious it was that I recently caught them skimming on shipping, had been sold a questionable card, returned it damaged for inspection, and that I was to now believe it was damaged in hard plastic with no visible damage to the envelope? When I asked about the card itself, he said he didn't personally see the damage, then stated the woman who handles returns took a day off, as well as that he could not find the card and "Maybe she's already mailed it back to you, I don't know." I told him this gets even better now as my possibly fake card that I purchased from them is now damaged and missing, he can't show the damage when questioned, and if it is found, I'm going to take the hit for this, despite it not being used upon me receiving it. He stated he was the only person and it wasn't a call center and that I had the wrong impression. I argued that it's irrelevant and I was told if I have nothing else to say, he'll talk to her but he needs to go because he has other customers to talk to. Do NOT buy from these people. Stealing shipping, reports of false "damage", counterfeit issues, missing products, I don't think there's much more to say to their credibility than that. Reported to BBB.

Would never use this company again! I ordered a DIY beer advent calendar for my partner but it never arrived! I have emailed them several times and no response! Shocking service!

Having read some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about using this site, however it was the only company that had the product in stock. However I've had a really positive experience, quick delivery and kept informed by email communication.

Excellent personal experience
After a slight mix-up with my Swedish address I submitted with them accidentally leaving out the ''ä'' and putting a regular ''a'' instead which almost resulted in the Swedish postal service not being able to deliver it at all, I have finally received my order yesterday and god am I satisfied with it. They double wrapped and packaged it upon my personal request, and the cards were in the exact condition I ordered them in. I am extremely satisfied with their services and I will most certainly be placing more orders with them in the foreseeable future. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Stay awesome!
Keep clear... something's not right about it.
Had two iDigit remote waterproof thermometers from this company, and second one also failed - with no online support available.
The CoolStuff site is also suspect: it fails to execute searches. So I now suspect that it's one of those companies that should not exist.

This place is a joke
This place is a joke. So is the wannabe owner. They always respond negatively to everyone's legitimate review. No compassion for the customer at all. Cool Stuff is only concerned with how much money that they can rape you out of. All the while selling mediocre merchandise. Never again will I shop there. Game Stop is much better.
package errors handled quickly
package did not show up at first but after only a few minutes of phone call the issue was fixed, i was sent more cards and i was given a tracking number (i chose the 99 cent singles option on shipping, which didn't include a tracking number). i will shop here again but i will have to choose a better shipping option.
No Christmas presents, no refund!
I ordered this product six weeks before Christmas. However, it is four days before Christmas and the package still hasnt arrived. It has already been paid for. The company is not answering my emails. I will be left without Christmas presents and there is also no refund in sight. This is unacceptable!

Have been dealing with them for several years, to the tune of nearly $3K. Never had a problem.
Even when I annoyingly requested for them to add items to orders I've already placed. They've always promptly replied and accommodated my requests.
Frustrated and disappointed.
Shipped me a damaged product (not damaged in shipping), replaced with a second damaged product, then finally with a third product that was ‘defective’ and noticeable from the outside and tried to get me to deal with the manufacturer at that point. They did listen to reason and allow me to return it for a refund, but it is disappointing to have this type of resolution after being a very long-term customer.
