Their new system deliberately overbooks the rooms and we only got beds for some of our party.

We even got the code to a private room and walked in on people sleeping in the bed. Surprised screaming ensued.

Staff at reception was not helpful. After about an hour we gave up and slept in the car.

The most rude staff who leave you waiting for half an hour while talking to a friend. They give you the wrong codes so that when you finally get a room you can not get in to the room. Then I went down to talk to the reception guy again. He did not care. Try this one instead. He had a dreadlock ponytail on top of his head and the worst attitude and service.

Good location BUT very unfriendly staff. Not a smile or "welcome". No cheese at the morning buffet. Terribly loud music as if it was a nightclub also in the morning. Very noicy lockers in dorm. No towel.

Look out and be very cautious with your booking.
Due to trouble with internet connection we ended up with a double booking. Tried to get one cancelled and refunded, but that is not possible. Very close to stealing !!!

Bedbugs!
Apparently the hotel has been struggling for a while with bedbugs, without mentioning it. Do not stay, find something else! They do not take the issue seriously and believe that turning the radiator on full power and moving people around will solve the issue and keep customers quiet. No refund or anything.

The absolute worst hostel stay I’ve ever experienced. Our room was CAKED in dust, even the bed sheets were dusty. Dirty towels, dirty pillows with body fluid spots, room (located right next to the bathroom) was so humid that mold had grown in the corners. I have servere asthma and I got very very sick from staying in the room filled with both dust and mold.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned and the showers were so disgusting that you’d feel more clean before the shower than after.

Reception was in the middle of a bar so after 6pm you couldn’t get properly in touch with the staff because there was drunk people everywhere and loud nightclub music. Cleaning staff was incompetent, reception staff were ignorant, customer support is so useless they don’t even get back to you despite several attempts to contact both the hostel and the customer support manager Emrah (both via email and calling). I’ve provided them with photos and videos of everything mentioned above but just get told to “stay patient and we’ll get back to you when we looked further into it”. I have a feeling that they hope I’ll forget about it sooner or later and give up trying to get a refund.

However, I didn’t pay 1400 kr to sleep in dirt, mold and other people’s bodyfluids - and I definitely won’t forget being sick and feeling it hard to breathe coz that was damn serious.

Next thing will be to get in contact with a lawyer.

It was a nice experience. I went with my two other friends and we were very satisfied! Very friendly employees, good prices in the bar, cozy and chill environment. Good location, possibility to leave stuffs in paid locking room 10dkk per hour or 50dkk/ 24hours. Only minus is the cleanliness of the shared Bathroom which were quite disgusting. I would recommend this place and I will definitely come again. Good price for a good service ☺️

Not satisfied

The rooms here are clastofobic. We booked a room for 3 people. The were no lugagge store or any place to put our things. The room was so small we had to crawl over over things. Beside that the room had a bad smell. We tried to change toom, but all the room were more or less the same. Be aware that you have to pay for many ecstra things. So it is not that cheap as metioned at their webpage.
There are better places to go.
