If I could give them a zero i would. After only wearing his bracelet about a week one of the magnets fell out then recently another one. After MANY emails back and forth i was still told they couldn't help me. Send a new bracelet to replace the bad one, stop with the excuses

Upon examination, it didn't take a trained eye to recognize this as an incredibly cheap "copper bracelet, all backed with plastic. Then the "clasp" to secure it was a no-go. It cannot be snapped shut and secured at all, even if all by itself and not being worn. Absolute junk.
the bracelet and ring turns silver which means it’s coated not real copper. Very disappointed contacted them. Are you guys going to their new company so I haven’t heard back I’m going. Complain to my credit card company. don’t buy their products they are not real.
