I have ordered two holster from here. After a day got an email stating the holsters was discontinued. That should be on the page showing the holster.

Disappointed Customer
I ordered a paddle holster, paddle magazine carrier, and a leather magazine pouch in July 2020. After waiting weeks for the items to be shipped, I reached out to CopsPlus to cancel the paddle items. The paddle items were never in stock as shown on their site. They keyed the cancelled items request into their system, confirmed by me on their site. In October 2020, I received the cancelled items at my office. My clerk placed them in our officer supply room. In January 2021, they charged my purchase card for the items. Luckily I had not issued the items out and I was able to return them for a refund. They are sticking me with a $30.00 charge for a second magazine pouch I never even ordered. I'm disappointed with the experience I had with this business and will not patronize them again.

False advertisement
False advertisement, does not show any delay or backorder when you are in checkout, have ordered several items, always taking over a month with no warning. On last item i ordered i waited a few weeks & sent email & they said it was going to be much longer, i asked to cancel they told me order was canceled. my card was charged 3 weeks later & i got the item a week or 2 after that. I emailed & they told me my order was in fact canceled, obviously it wasn't, after much time on emails & phone they said they would send shipping label. They didn't. I emailed them & they said they won't send labels for returns. then they said it wasn't my order they canceled but someone elses. At this point I'm gonna keep the canceled item because i believe there is a good chance if i send it back they will lose it & i will be out my money & the product.

Past and current orders have always taken a min of 2 weeks for delivery, maybe because I live on the west coast. Emailed customer svc who responded quickly to my concerns. At checkout, the customer should have delivery options. If Amazon had the product I needed, would have gone with them. Unfortunately this will be the last order I make with Copsplus.

On time high quality
Copsplus sent me an email letting me know masks were in stock. They were high quality certified kn95. I receive them in a little less than two weeks which was really fast. They did what they said they were going to do. Deliver a high quality product, quickly. I have Cystic Fibrosis so these masks are very necessary for me and my family. I will be ordering more often from cops plus. A++
This place is the worst
This place is the worst. I didn't get what I ordered because the item was advertised wrong on their website. I even checked with them before I ordered and then they charged me a 20% restock fee. Don't buy from them, just send them some money.
Worst Cop Shop in the U.S.
I would give Cops Plus a zero score if I could. Ordered a holster 10 weeks ago. Reached out to them a month ago, was told early to mid April, it’s now 4/25 ; no holster. I tried to email their customer service but the email was rejected because their box was over limit. Buyer beware! There isn’t any customer service here. Don’t waste your money!

Very poor Customer Service
On November 21,2019, I ordered a Holster for my grandson for Christmas. Never received it so on December 19th, I called and was told there wasn't even an order in their system. Being that close to Christmas, I decided to give my grandson the money and let him order it himself, which I did. On February 21st, three months later, low and behold in the mail we received the holster and a charge on our credit card. I called Customer Service to return it. Not only did I have to pay $12.75 to send it back, they didn't even credit me for the shipping charge of $10.55. What a joke!! I will never purchase anything from them again and neither will my family or friends. They need a lesson on Customer Service for sure.
Good price but slow delivery
Good price but item took 25 days to get delivered. Website says most items shipped in 1-5 business days but my outer vest carrier took 3 1/2 weeks.
