Having sent a video, the company suggested a solution and sent a replacement part, which solved the issue. The whole process took just a few days. We were delighted and very grateful. I recently needed to see if I could purchase some spares for my frameless shower screen. I can only commend the help given to me by your staff not only called me once they had sourced the spares but gave me some assistance to help me complete the job.
In this day age it is so lovely to deal with a company that know their product and can offer useful help. The shower door in question is now 17 years old and he’s once again looking like new and working perfectly.
A testament to the high-quality of the original shower door.

We needed a new bath screen seal because of age and usability of it ! I emailed the technical department and Mike replied and did a fantastic job and got it sorted 👏😁 I I telephoned coram Monday and placed my order (great price 👍) and Wednesday afternoon it arrived 😁top quality service thanks again all concerned 👌

I have been waiting over six months for replacement shower door after Corams engineer stated in February 2024 that the one they’d supplied was faulty. Today had email stating new one will be fitted on 10th Sept. Really don’t think 7 month wait is acceptable.

What a brilliant Company to deal with!! Customer service is second to none. Bought a shower door through a local plumbing firm and fitted it. Unfortunately cut the bottom door seal wrong and rang Coram to buy another. Spoke to Pete on technical support and e mailed details. He was polite and extremely helpful and the new seal was delivered the following day, customer service at its best and rarely found anywhere these days. Many thanks from one very happy customer. Well done Pete. 👍🏼

I had trouble finding locally the shower seal so using the customer service on line i got complete satisfaction. I sent photos of the seal and in 2 days I was able to pay and have it fitted. They were so helpful
and I would recommend Coram to anyone.

A little help goes a long way.

It is so impressive when someone helps you with little to no gain to them. My shower hinge broke and because it is super old, it was super hard to source that part. I emailed Coram showers with very little hope. However Pete from Technical support replied to my email and offered so much help. He found the part and with the help of Jackie from sales, I got the part within 4 days. Jackie too was incredibly patient and helpful. I cannot express my gratitude and also admiration towards these two persons who helped with such a small sale. They also saved me a lot of money as otherwise I would have had to replace the entire shower enclosure.

I ordered a shower door which on arrival was a shower side panel. It was returned and a replacement was sent. On arrival the replacement was also a shower side panel. How can they get it wrong twice. This company sells it goods through other companies so make sure who your goods are really coming from. I can’t imagine what their staff are like as they don’t seem to be able to read English.
Coram are trying to get rid of this review but I can give pictures of the item in its Coram packaging. Yes it came via another company but was made, packaged and sent out from Coram. The company that dealt with the order has contacted Coram with my instructions to check the third item to make sure it the correct item in the box before they send it out to me.

Excellent customer after sales service!! replacement parts received the following day, very much appreciated!! cheers!!

Ive use Coram for years, quality products that are long lasting, Pete recently helped me restore a broken shower door which was too good to dispose of, 5 star helpful service which cannot be said for similar companies, highly recommended

I recently purchased and fitted a 5 panel Coram Bath Screen to replace a broken one that needed replacing.
I found that the product was well made and that fitting the screen was not to difficult when reading the instructions and making sure that I measured correctly, marked out on masking tape where the screen was going to be positioned and fixed before starting the install.
The screen is heavy and to be honest I could have used another pair of hands as this would have made fitting less difficult. Once the wall bar was securely fitted the hard part was positioning the heavy screen and this is where help is needed so as to attach it to the wall by means of the two screws at the top and bottom.
Very pleased with this product. its strong, well designed and has been in place for a couple of weeks with no problems.

Very pleased with the bath screen since purchase and I would like to add a useful recommendation to others that wish to purchase this screen.

I also purchased 2 replacement rubber seals that fit on the end of the glass 5 panel for replacing in case of future damage or wear and would advise that when purchasing this product it would be a very wise thing to do so. Maybe Coram may think of including a spare seal with new purchases even if they increased the price by a small amount say up to £10

What I would like to make purchasers aware of is that while cleaning today, I found signs that black mould had appeared in the area where the plastic of the seal clips onto the base of the glass. It was possible to remove 90% of the mould using a cotton wool bud and bleach but a small amount remains that I hope will disappear with future cleaning.

The glass screen is cleared of the water on the glass screen and wiped clean after every time that we shower. So to find this mould present was a surprise in a well ventilated bathroom.

I hope that this information is of help. We are very pleased with this product but would like to make others aware that to help keep it pristine and avoid disappointment its worth checking, just unclip along the base to inspect and check.

Needed replacement soft vertical seal for Coram Ultima shower cubicle bi fold door. Present one had lasted nearly 9 years so no complaints. Rang them direct and spoke to a very helpful technical support guy. Despite me being very non technical lol he knew what I needed straight away, it was ordered, paid for and dispatched same day. So nice to have good old fashioned customer service.

I have a Coram sliding shower screen. It's now ten years old, and one of the buttons that hold the glass panels to the slider had failed.
So - the sliding shower screen. Brilliant idea and a fabulous execution of it. Not had a leak or problem with it in 10 years, till the button failed.
The 'buttons' and plastichrome finish on all the bits around the sliders. Now - these are obviously going to be the weak part. Personally I'd like to see these made in Brass and chromed (but for sure that'll affect the cost). After 10 years, they were all pretty knackered and dull.
Time for a refurbishment.
Customer service 10 out of 10, just brilliant, technical through to sales.
A suggestion for the team: Please make a 'refurb kit', all the parts that wear and look tatty. One simple thing to buy, at a reasonable price. I can't see anyone doing what I did not wanting to replace all the bits I purchased.
So. Brilliant support from the team who were knowledgable and helpful. Could only be better with either:
a) Real chromed metal parts
b) A service kit to make overhauling easier (cheaper)

I needed an O ring for my shower tray. I thought it may be hard to obtain. However, not with Coram/Impey!
Was quickly transferred from sales to Pete in technical.
He quickly identified what I needed and sent me a replacement the same day. I offered to pay but they were sent FOC!
How refreshing for a Company to see the bigger picture and support their customers.

The Premier 8 800 shower door, ordered through Heat&plumb, Brochure and fitting instruction's wrong, not coram@s fault, but the design has gone backwards having previously had on in another bathroom,
It does not fit on the 4 upstand tray
The screw fixing caps are now on the outside (ugly)
It is impossible to fit in a recess between to upstands
I ordered this, the later one 2019 onwards is a different design and has a ridiculous door seal strip that protrudes 1 inch into the enclosure and has gap about 1 inch away from the tiles of the opening side. this makes a crevice that is hard to clean behind,
the door is also id say harder to fit
customer service fast to respond to queries and as helpful as can be, but I had to drill 4 holes in the left channel to get it to fit securely, would not purchase again,
