Great facilities, plenty of parking. Adam did a great job of helping get rid of chronic knee pain. All physiotherapists seem nice, all very friendly. You are never kept waiting. Altogether a good job.

Was invited to the physio after a workplace referral. They quickly assessed and diagnosed my injury. Offered a variety of exercises and advice to help with my rehab. Had 3 sessions and felt a great improvement. Would happily recommend to any family or friends.

I attended 2 sessions with Shane Ryan regarding a back problem. Shane explained exactly what the problem was and advised how to treat it. He is very approachable n pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I had a sore neck/ upper back & shoulder for months & after trying a chiropractor & getting no where fast with my local surgery I was recommended to try physiotherapy at Core. By this time the pain was getting unbearable so had an appointment made with Shane. Wow I wish I had seen him sooner and saved myself the pain or runaround elsewhere.
Shane clearly knows his stuff, very informative & professional in a relaxed way & good ideas on helping my posture while I'm working etc. He diagnosed a trapped nerve & also gave me great advice regarding the medication I was taking. After 3 sessions, 1 with acupuncture (& im usually petrified of needles) I'm delighted to be pain free!
The areas that I came across were spotless & no shortage of sanitation stations around. Friendly staff.
I can't believe the difference of my discomfort in such a short time. I would most definitely recommend Core that clearly offers a multitude of services & if your lucky enough to get Shane...then you've struck gold!

Absolutely love the team at Core Physio. Massive thanks to Ross Eaglesham in particular. I see Ross regularly for maintenance work and sports therapy. I also had several treatments sessions following an ankle injury towards the end of summer which supported me back to full fitness very quickly.
The facilities at the clinic are incredible and the staff make it such a professional and seamless process.

I’d been suffering for over 6 months with a sore thumb, having been placed on a NHS waiting list for 4 more months I called Core Clinic and got an appointment the next day. The physio Shane was excellent, explained and showed me what was causing the issue using diagrams and ultrasound. Received an injection at my appointment and 4 days on my thumb is feeling better every day, exactly how the physio said it would!

Appointment with Shane, who was very knowledgeable in all aspects lovely bedside manner made me feel really at ease. Would have no hesitation in recommending Core Physio.

I injured my knee earlier this year and was diagnosed with a cracked bone on my tibia. I needed help with what kind of exercises would be best to help me walk properly.
I was fortunate enough to be referred to Adam Skinner at Core Physio.
Adam was very patient and given that I am an older person helped me with appropriate exercises in the gym and also to do at home. My knee is almost fully recovered and I am extremely thankful. Thank you for your patience Adam.

Received my treatment for frozen shoulder. Steroid injections.
Shane was absolutely professional start to finish, explaining everything. Would recommend any time.

Appointment on time. Pleasant staff who explained the procedure well. Felt no pain, and 2 weeks later am still feeling the benefit. Will probably continue with more treatment in 3 months.

An absolutely professional clinic, a very detailed interview before the procedure, the procedure itself is easy and understandable for the patient, the therapist explained everything step by step, the main reason for visiting the Core Clinic - the chronic shoulder pain disappeared. Full recommendation!

Called Core Physio as NHS waiting list was too long to receive treatment.
Core Physio gave me the treatment required within a couple of days with great success.

Shane Ryan is a brilliant physiotherapist and works very professionally. I saw this practitioner for a shoulder related issue but I know that regardless of issue he would have been able to help. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. Only criticism is of the lack of dedicated reception staff multiple times I was in.

Brilliant, I cannot speak highly enough of core physio. From initial assessment, treatment planning, treatment and through to my return to exercise Shane has seen me right. Having played competitive sport for a number of years I have had my share of input from physiotherapy and I wish I had found core physio sooner.

I had an injury last Summer that I didn't seem to be able to recover. I had constant pain of neck and shoulder, to the point that restricted my work. I have contacted Core Physio in Hamilton and they got me an appointment straightaway. After my first appointment with Mr Shane Ryan, I had a diagnose and a plan in place for me to achieve full recovery. Shane was thorough and he would always be assessing my progress and ensuring we are doing all we could for a full recovery. They have several treatment modalities and spacious gym. The appointments were always on time and the booking process was easy and with flexible times. The team very professional, polite , friendly and the clinic is very very clean and spacious.
I can't thank the Core Physio team enough, in particularly Shane, for looking after me and getting me back to life and work with no pain or movement restriction. Highly recommend
