Great service from Core Fulfillment, the team worked very fast to get us on there system at short notice as we had to move from another center. They have great extended packing hours which really helped to speed up deliveries to our subscription customers.

As a start up business core have been nothing but helpful, supportive and available for advice across lots of fulfilment needs!

I moved to Core earlier this year. The whole team are so friendly and helpful. I met with Paul initially and then Chris, Carrie and Anita all made setting up and transferring over to Core a breeze (sorry if I missed anyone else!)
A special mention to Andy who I feel has really gone above and beyond. He is always on the ball answering any questions, helping me set up any B2B orders and as I have breakable products, he ensured we had processes in place and everyone was trained on how to send the items to avoid breakages. We haven't had 1 reported broken item since using Core!
Thanks so much guys, you have made my life so much easier and I would 100% recommend to any business looking to outsource their fulfilment.

We have recently transferred our 3PL business to Core Fulfilment and the whole process has been a fantastic experience.
From the initial meetings with Paul, through to a truly seamless onboarding process, the move for our business could not have gone better.
Core have dedicated teams looking after the different areas of the business, Chris has ensured that the IT switch went smoothly, Kelly has been amazing in Customer Service and Andy had us up and running and shipping orders within 48 hour of receiving the stock.
Moving your 3PL is a daunting prospect but Core took all the stress out of the situation and handled everything very professionally.

As someone who’s done both sides of e-commerce fulfilment, my own warehouse and now a fulfilment centre, I can not press enough that using a 3PL is the most vital part to allowing yourself to focus on the important parts of your e-commerce store. Core fulfilment have exceeded my expectations on, speed, accuracy, customer & client care. I’m always responded to immediately to any queries and they handle everything extremely smoothly. My containers dock with them and my orders get shipped that same day. It’s truly a very smooth and calm process. Not only all that but after originally shopping around and can guarantee the pricing is very fair and affordable for a small brand.

We've been with Core for around 18 months now and it's been a stress free 18months. We're a very seasonal business but performance against KPIs is always extremely strong, no matter what volumes we throw their way.
We have recently had to request some large jobs that are outside of our standard agreement, but very important and time sensitive. Liaising with Kelly has been invaluable as she has managed the turnaround of jobs round so efficiently.
We also utilise the customer service team at Core and there's a true passion for our customers from every member of the team.

We've been using Core for a number of years now, starting with relatively low volume and have ramped that up.

99.9% of the time it works like a dream, I'd say that's a good number to hit.

Last year we had a real headache when another 3pl we use went into liquidation. Paul and his team made extra space for us and in 6 weeks they took in 97 extra pallets, got it racked and active. Saved our bacon.

About 18 months ago their service dropped off for about 5 weeks. Our business uses another 2 fulfilment centers and this was the case for all of them at the time (one of them went bankrupt). There were UK staffing issues as Brexit came into effect. Core got hold of the issue and have fixed it.

Great company to work with.
