Bad, worse, worst!!
The worst service ever! (corendon village spa badhoevedorp)
A month ago, I booked the birthday spa package for my cousin. We got to the hotel and it seemed the spa receptionist was not present. The manager of the hotel showed up out of the blue and asked if he could help. We stated what we booked and he said there is no such thing. I didn’t have stable internet, so couldn’t show him immediately from the website. We had a back and forth conversation, until the receptionist showed up, checked the system and confirmed our reservation, while simultaneously letting us know she was the only one there and she didnt have time. She had to take care of the spa, massages, calls, emails and reception. What type of mismanagement is this. We had to go somewhere else.
I don’t know why, but I thought things would be different this time. I recommended this spa deal to my brother who’s birthday was yesterday (sunday, 23 nov 2025). We reserved it on Saturday and spoke to the receptionist who was in a haste everytime to hang up, cause seemingly she too was alone, and had a bunch of things to deal with. She reserved it for my brother and his wife. The Bday Package was advertised as 63 euro on the website (up until yesterday), she stated it was 84 euro and she doesn’t have anything to do with the website and she can’t help that. That was really rude. I called again in the morning, spoke to a man this time, it was a back and forth discussion again with multiple calls discussing the price. He ended up saying I should send the link of corendon hotels, to show him that it stated 63 euro. I did, and he decided to give my brother and wife the advertised price.
ONLY FOR THEM TO BE REFUSED SERVICE UPON ARRIVAL.
Honestly, the service is distasteful and chaotic. Nobody seems to know what the offered services actually are and the prices they go for. (The price was changed as of yesterday, and an email was sent to me with a lie, that it was like that for ages. LOL)
