I've been doing business with CoreVest for over ten years. I have multiple loans with CoreVest for my ~$50M AUM portfolio. I keep coming back to the well, so to speak, because relationships and performance matter. Given my track record, CoreVest has be able to originate loans on many properties that other lenders would not, or could not, originate. This has made CoreVest my preferred capital partner- they have a common sense approach that is absent with many lenders in the multifamily and portfolio SFR space.

Corevest was very straight forward about what their terms were and what they needed to process the financing. Communication was excellent and they were customer focused. I would use them again.
