Don't rely on Atty Beck for return calls helping Veterans!!


I called up to the office as a veteran twice now and left messages to two staffs there for them to call me and no response at all; even if they couldn't help me, but to give me referrals. You call this professional customer service for veterans. They could have called and left a message if they couldn't reach me to tell if they could help me or not and or provide referrals, would have helped me instead of me hanging and not get any help.
