Non return of failed deposit
I deposited funds on the 26th of April and the money left my bank account but was never credited to my casino account. I immediately contacted customer support and they told me not to worry as it would be returned within 7 days. When it wasn’t returned I contacted them again and told I was correct that the money was taken by Corgislot but never credited to my account. They keep saying the ‘relevant team’ is looking into it but they are just refusing to return my money.
Stay away!

I placed a big bet on Lighting Roullete. My Balance was €1400 + €500 bonus Balance. I placed bet of €200. With €10 on number 7. My bet got rejected. Number 7 hit with 100x multiplier. When i asked the Live Support they say you can max bet €5 with Bonus balance but this is nonsense i had enough money in the Balans.
