Failed Products, Bad Install Policies, Chaos, No Common Sense

Let me be the first to write a review:

A. The seals on the windows do not last. I've replaced several over the years and am in the midst of replacing 3 more under warranty due to seal failures. Previous windows were replaced under warranty on the 2nd story by Cascade installers. Now, you're people refuse to do warranty work on 2nd story windows and place the burden on the customer. How much more childish can this possibly be? Get your people some safety harness and get all the windows replaced by YOUR people.
B. Your company is run in chaos. I've had interactions with 4 different entities during this recent warranty situation. People who identify as Cascade Windows, Cornerstone Building Brands, Mountain Side Windows, and Ply Gem Support. How is the customer supposed to know who they are to interact with for scheduling, questions, concerns, and complaints? What a waste of time. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing over there.
C. The warranty windows were supposed to have been isntalled last Tuesday, less the 2nd story window, which is now my burden. Allegedly, a car accident occurred with the windows on board. Cornerstone thinks they're going to install the compromised windows when they get around to scheduling it. That's not going to happen. Those windows need to get rebuilt because the seals are now compromised from the impact of the accident. I don't care if the windows were wrapped. They're compromised. I want the windows rebuilt.
D. I saw your company's DEI policies on your website. You've now sucked me into the vortex of dealing with a woke company and identity politics. I'd like to remind Cornerstone that you are a building supply company, not the arbiter of telling people how to think, feel, and intellectualize. You're traitors to the country. No citizens voted in these woke policies. In fact, the POTUS wrote an executive order to stop DEI. Cornerstone is abusing its corporate power to circumvent the will of We the People and to impose identity politics that violate the civil rights within our US Constitution to think, feel, and decide freely. The people within Cornerstone cannot disagree with those DEI policies without repercussion or feeling like there would be repercussion. It's no wonder this situation and the quality of the product is being handled so badly. You have DEI hires instead of hiring by merit. I didnt' sign up for this.
E. It's become apparent that more of my time has to be used to file an online petition against Cornerstone Building Brands based on the points listed above.
