First off - they had a reasonable price for delivery - but more important they picked up the truck on time, delivered the truck on time, and actually followed the request of calling me an hour early.
The driver was polite, spoke fluent English and was very pleasant to deal with. Lastly - he seemed appreciative of the tip I gave him for his excellent work.

My car was picked up the next day and delivered safely the following day exactly as promised. Desi helped me book transportation for my car after it broke down at the end of a road trip, 200 miles from home. Even at 7:30 pm he was really communicative and helped to find the fastest and most affordable solution to get my car transported.
The dispatched driver was also so on top of things and offered support and guidance all along the way, sending pictures as the car was loaded and whatnot. My car arrived safely and undamaged, for a fair price. After calling multiple other companies, I am so glad I went with Corsia, I could trust them, and my car was safe. The team went above and beyond to help with an unexpected and stressful situation.

First time doing anything like this, the customer service was perfect. Brokers communicated the process very well, and pricing matched the product. Everything arrived on-time with no problems, very satisfied!

Used Corsia logistics for the first time for our move from PA to TX. They provided good timely service. We booked our other car shipment through Corsia now.

The initial interaction was calm, in a sense. There wasn't a 45-min phone call on why I should book with the company, unlike interactions with other companies. I wasn't confused about what to do, who to call, etc., and the instructions were clear.

Once it was time for my car to be transported, I received a call a day in advance from the driver about the approximate time he'd arrive, and again about an hour or so before he was on his way. This was for the pick-up and dropoff. There were no extra fees to settle as I'd paid the fee upfront. The driver was also courteous.

Communication with the person who scheduled our car transport was excellent. The transport itself was quick and the driver terrific. The only reason I don't give a five star review is that the quote was $1700 but when it came to picking up the car, it was $1850.

I needed to transport an '89 Ford Mustang from Vermont to Alabama. I chose Corsia because of their clear commitment to customer satisfaction from beginning to end. They did just that.

Upon placing my request online, a friendly representative contacted me the next business day to discuss the logistics with my request.

Knowing the route from VT to AL wasn't going to be easy to fulfill, I gave a 5 day window for pickup, for which Corsia greatly appreciated, and needed in order to locate a driver that would be in the region.

The overall experience from pickup day to delivery day was great. Corsia was able to locate a driver on the 2nd day of the 5 day window, albeit with a 1 hour notice of arrival time. Very short notice, but it all worked out for the best. The transport driver met me at a location that made loading easy. The delivery was made two days later within the original estimated time frame.

Corsia contracted Speedstar LLC for this transport. Speedstar did an excellent job communicating with me from start to finish. They kept me well informed, and always responded within 1-2 minutes to any questions I had. That's a company who truly cares about their customers.

Value wise, the price paid was extremely fair compared to quotes I received from other companies.

I will not hesitate to use Corsia in the future, and will strongly recommend them to friends and family.

I am currently in California and had to hire Corsia to tow my boss's car in Georgia. Because it was at the Rivian dealership, they automatically linked me with Corsia. Towing cars is always stressful, but even more so when you are across the country and can't have eyes on the situation. But Corsia was incredible about keeping me informed and updated at every step along the way and got my boss's car returned on time, sent me photos at the beginning and end of the trip, and just took a lot off my plate. I would definitely use them as my first choice next time if needed.

Car arrived in great condition. No delivery issues related to the car. Driver was communicative, and Corsia was also helpful. Happy that my supercar was fully insured. Fully inspected before shipping with electronic bill of landing to show full condition of the car. Price was best, in some case 33% of other quotes for the same service. Just tells you how many middlemen exist in this space. I feel like Corsia's price was fair and the value was good considering the service and insurance and communication I received. Will use them again.
