I took a training course with Mohsen to prepare for the PSPO I certification as well as the French certification “Conduire et piloter un projet innovant avec des méthodes agiles” and I highly recommend it.
We were only 2 trainees in the class, which allowed a very personalized guidance. The training was dynamic, interactive, and perfectly tailored to our needs. I recently participated in a two-day PSM2 training course, led by Mohsen through Cortisum. It was my second time attending a course with Mohsen and I knew I was in good hands when I saw Mohsen on the first day. The PSM2 course was definitely a step up from the PSM1 as we dived more in depth into the heart of Scrum and explored more the human-aspect of being a scrum master. For example, we had a workshop on confilct management where we had to simulate a conflict and try to resolve it. We also a workshop on stress management that taught us not only how to identify a stressed individual and how to deal with the stress. This course isn't just about getting the PSM2 certification but also includes lots of tips and advice as to how to improve as a scrum master.

I fully recommend CortiSum and Mohsen for their PSPO 1 programme that is both highly effective and easy to follow. I will even go as far as to say that anyone who fully follows the path that is given by this programme should have no problems passing the certification.
