My item never arrived and no amount of emails did anything to make them deliver the item, currently suing them but you know how international law works, it doesn't.
NEVER GOT REFUND BACK. PAID 500 USD FOR A COSPLAY I NEVER FULLY RECEIVED. They told me they wont make it anymore and i will receive refund BUT NEVER GOT IT.

Horrible service. Purchased a Power Ranger Helmet and received a smaller fitting than what they had promised as a standard size. I emailed them and they asked for pictures so i provided the proof and then i haven't heard from them for weeks.
I wanted to cosplay as Otonashi from Angel Beats at Anime Matsuri. I couldn’t trust myself to make a costume that fast by myself, so I was really worried…... I was sifting through various online stores, when I came across Cosplay House. Just by taking a look at the front page of the website made me know that their costumes were great quality. I had no problem finding the costume I needed (and there were a lot of other versions available, too!). The costume came just in time for my event, and the overall quality was fantastic. Thank you, Cosplay House!
Frozen is one of my favorite movies, so I wanted to cosplay as Anna this year…. I took a look at other online shops for a good Anna wig, but the colors are always off… I think Cosplay House’s Anna wig looks the best so far. It looks and feels like a really good quality wig, too. It’s a little long, but that’s easily fixable. Thanks!!

What should I say, well firstly I am very glad that I chose Cosplay House store for getting the Cosplay Costumes and Accessories for an anime convention that was coming up. I have been told by some people that the quality of costumes served by most of the online stores is not up to the mark. But needless to say, from shipping to delivery and to the quality & cost of the product, everything was spectacular when I shopped at Cosplay House.
They don't have refunds, the cosplay didn't come as pictured, there is no way to review anything on their website. The sizing was awful. The customer service is terrible.
I don't recommend them at all.
