False representation
Spent 8 nights at this "supposed" 4 star hotel in Bitez. It was in no way 4star......lucky if it is rated 2star.
Food: Not enough variety, often cold, often not enough to feed all the patrons.
Room: Dirty, Toilet was dirty. Shower was not usable as front cover ( holes) on it was missing
Wi fi only working in lobby area and a small area on pool patio
Most employees could not speak or understand even basic English although the site says they can
This proved to be difficult when I had a problem
Pool snack bar opened at 3pm with mostly burgers and salad. No variety
Bitez is a lovely place and I would go there again, but NEVER here.
