Poor website
Poor selection of games, games bonuses are only available once you’ve lost all your real money which to me is backwards.

Joined only 3 weeks ago. Didn't initially get my bonus but quickly rectified when contacted. Then had £90 bo us and £30 real money. A lot of money! For bingo!! Played few games at a time a few days apart, as per "gambling charity awareness". Didn't log in for 5 days and £90 bonus taken away!! Contacted and apparently recently changed terms and conditions if not signed in for 5 days bonuses removed. Hardly an incentive for the folk having addiction issues!! Every member Contacted, however, I have received one and only "welcome email" on Feb 1st and nowt else. So no email, not aware of conditions but penalised anyway. BE AWARE of this site. It's rubbish for bingo anyway, maybe 5 games to play, maybe some more if you are"loyal" it's shocking!! Best regular prize about £12 for house!! Jeezo stick with Tombola folks!

Takes your money but refuse to pay
I would give minus figures if I could, they owe me 50 pounds and are saying my driver's licence is not clear enough and I cannot use NHS letters or bank statement which came from on line. This has been a fight for over a week and they are bad payers over 50 pound. These checks should be done before they take money if they need them done to pay out. Been playing for a while and got pay outs then won £2000 on Christmas day was then asked for variation and personal information which I gave every time I gave them what they asked for they wanted more so I gave it to then having my account blocked. After several calls to rude customer service was told If I just uploaded bank statements which i did then they wanted to know where certain payments that were going in to my bank account 1 was a regular payment which was my child maintenance off my daughters dad and one was a one off payment off my dad which they said they wanted more personal details. I then emailed saying if it's not sorted I will contact to gambling commission to see if they could help. With in 2 days they paid it in to my account. Dont know if this helped or they just thought I'd just give up and they would keep my winnings. Think twice before signing up
