I have been Costa member for many years, and have always enjoyed my game play win or loose, but like any gaming site there is always a chance of winning as well as loosing so you pay your money and takes your chance, as they say, Costa are very conscious of being gambleaware, and often check on your gambling habits which is very helpful at times, all in all I'm happy with this site.

Absolutely disgusting put alot of money into this site and never won anything ! It just takes and takes I've never known a site like it absolutely disgusting ! Not happy at all !

I’ve been with Costa bingo for nearly 12 months now... iv had a issue with a game called slingo rainbow riches when I go on and press start game it takes the money tells you there is a error to refresh the page to play the game to witch I do to be charged again have been on to Costa to be told its not happening on many occasions so I took the time out to video it talking my money for a game iv not played so if this is happening to me and has been since September how many other ppl is it robbing

I enjoyed my time playing at Costa and withdrew several times, giving up bonus cash, spins and cards. I did not use free rooms that much at all, only occasionally.
This particular fortnight, I had withdrawn, £60, £180 then £240.
I did receive funds but noticed I couldn't go to Diamond room, no mail and bonus code didn't work.
I emailed and was basically told I was abusing bonuses by repeatedly putting money in?!
I didn't know I wasn't allowed to put money on more than once a day, because that is ALL I did?! I replied and received a generic response. Account was open so I went to use the last few pence and won £17!! Oh how I laughed! Which turned out to be my last play as when I went on another time I saw my account had a full block. Their excuse for my banning would have never stood up if we had gone to court (for example) pure lies. I feel it was because I had been quite lucky to be honest, obviously didn't want players like me!
@Costa, please do not reply to this with a copy and paste...so glad you enjoyed playing/winning, because clearly you didn't!

January 15th I was asked for verification documents after having been a customer for years.... I called customer services and was told this would take between 72hours and 5 days to resolve....3 weeks later after submitting my documents I can still not get into my account......absolutely appalling customer service.... I keep getting told they’re very busy.... what a joke of a site!

Signed up, deposited £10 then was logged out and now cant get passed log in again, keeps verifying I'm not a robot then does nothing. Funny how it takes my money then doesn't let me log back in to spend it. Wouldnt recommend whatsoever

I have been playing with costa regularly for over 9 years ... set a weekly spend limit through out these years..... and now 9+ years later they have put me on a permanent bonus ban .... no communication no reward for loyalty ... Would not recommend ... could have saved myself a lot of money had they done it sooner especially as I’m at platinum level ..... avoid!!!!

What a joke ,spent 100 quid n won 5 ,i only play one scratch card ,played 20p n 10 p out of 100 quid n 10p wins ,like to say there is allso loads of sister sites to costa and i know because when go to right a comment all comments come up from other sites ,ive joined approximately 10 sites and maybe 2sites (at first ) give you good wins they know all about you n youre accounts from other games ,dont play these sites they are a ripp off and like i say know everything about you ,play the games and youre stuk on same 2tgs all time when 20 odd player ,keep away .
