A friendly lady was perfectly on time at the agreed place. The car was clean and spacious and we arrived safely at the airport.

Taxi waiting for us when we arrived at Girona Airport. Driver very friendly and professional and dropped us exactly as specified in L'Escala. Will be using again and have no hesitation in recommending Costa Brava Taxis.

We booked a transfer from Girona Airport to Blanes. Our first transfer went very smoothly. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport at arrivals and brought us to our hotel. Lovely man and thank you. We had booked a return transfer back to the airport for 5.30 in the morning as our flight was at 8am. We waited 20 minutes and no sign of the taxi and no phone call or email explaining. I got the receptionist to ring the company. The man said that there was a problem with the taxi and we would have to get an alternative taxi and to ask the hotel receptionist to organise it. As it was such short notice we had to take two taxis as there was 5 of us and it cost €130 instead of €80 which we had also paid for for the return transfer. We were told that we would be refunded. I emailed them on the day of the return transfer but I yet have to receive a reply.

Great driver, on time, nice, good car, only problem: the kid’s seat booked was disfunctional…

Very disapointed in this company.We arrived at barcelona airport but when i didnt see a driver i tried for 30 minutes to reach their office, but nobody answered. i ended up taking a regular taxi. No respons to all my emails to organise my refund for 200 euros! How unprofessional and dissapointing.

We said 2200 hours as we thought we would be held up with EES procedures, but we walked straight through at 2145 so really pleased he was there.
