The flat itself has exceeded my expectations — high-quality finishes, excellent construction standards, and everything exactly as promised. Even years later, I can see the lasting quality in every detail.

COTESA Mallorca..... Everything went very well til the purchase contract.
However, when the first defects appeared within the warranty period, the sellers became unfriendly and unobjective.
Defects were delayed tracked, discussed away or not recognised at all.

A construction company like Cotesa Mallorca, which advertises with quality and 50 years of experience, has a relatively high error rate in the area of new buildings.

A company of this size should perhaps establish a quality or defect procedure in order to learn from mistakes in the past.

We would not buy from Cotesa again.
Be carefull with Cotesa and do not belive all, what ever the seller prommiss.
