Lily in the Bath store was so friendly and kind and helped us with purchasing our media unit.
Gary and Jake were absolutely fantastic on delivering this very large furniture into our chosen room and assembling for us and taking all packaging away for us. Friendly from the beginning to end! Legends!

Very pleased with my larder cupboard. It is a stylish, well made piece, and has helped me revolutionise my kitchen space.

Made a call to the Bath shop to see what products from the bedroom range were on display as we like to see products before ordering. Talked to Alfie who was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly who explained what was there so we headed over the following day. On arrival we met with Nancy who was also helpful, knowledgeable and showed us the ranges and answered our questions and queries. A price was given and we were never put under any pressure to place an order but having really liked the Chester range we ordered on the day. All items were in stock which is a massive bonus over the competition and we look forward to receiving our items shortly.

Really lovely furniture. We went to the shop in Bath ,and the staff were so friendly and helpful ,couldn’t do enough for you .
We had ours delivered by Garry & Ian who were again polite friendly and helpful. Everything was unwrapped and packaging was taken away.

I like the experience of looking in the shop rather than just ordering on line.
The staff are super friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable.

Despite the good quality of the Iris dining chairs, I have awarded 3 stars for the actual company as they failed to pass on instructions to their delivery drivers for an afternoon delivery slot despite informing me at the time of ordering that it would be no problem.
However, I would award 5 stars to the delivery drivers, Earle E. and Matt D. for their helpfulness and politeness.

From ordering our furniture through to delivery Cotswold were very professional and their staff very helpful. Placing our order by telephone was made very easy due to the diligence and support of the staff. Following placement of our order we were advised within 24 hrs of a delivery date and time, plus all the paperwork relating to the order. 24hrs before the delivery date we were advised of a 4 hr time slot for delivery. On the day of delivery the two man team arrived on time. Gary and Jake were very professional and helpful in bringing the furniture into the house. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Having now dealt with this company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, certainly from a product quality point of view.

Pleased with the media unit asa whole , the only issue is the position of the whole for tv cable does not line up with the plug.

So lovely to be able to call a store and speak to a person directly. Bing able to do this meant that my question was answered and I was able to order the items I had seen in store when visiting. I much prefer buying in store than online and Cotswold Company make this so easy. Helpful, friendly, honest service.

Ian and Tomasz let us know what time they were delivering our furniture, turned up on time. Unpacked our item and set it down in the house where we wanted it and took away all the packaging, were very polite and made sure we were happy with the delivery.

Apologies I cannot remember the names of the guys who delivered our lounge furniture and kitchen island. They were however very polite and respectful of our new house and quick to assemble our furniture

We ordered two bedside cabinets from this company and we are extremely pleased with the quality and the attention to detail arriving with two sets of drawer knobs and plastic feet so as not to mark our floors ! Gary and ian couldn't have been more helpful unpacking and allowing me to check the cabinets and so the whole experience was a delight and we will be using this company again 😎👌

Well I did find it overwhelming trying to imagine different pieces of furniture in different colours as obviously you didn’t have the full range of everything but the assistant that served me (Jennie) really couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant and really did go the extra mile. She made the whole thing a lot easier. Hopefully the delivery will go as well.

very confident lady who knew what she was talking about when it came to various products . very polite , efficient and a good telephone manner . understood my needs and worries resulting with a telephone purchase on the spot. very happy here
