We visited the Bath store as wanted to see the furniture before purchasing. Great experience, very helpful and accommodating. Excellent updates on expected delivery times and it was delivered sooner than originally informed. Charlie and Kyle J came to deliver and build the furniture. They were quick and efficient and very accommodating when we weren’t quite sure where to have the wardrobe.
We returned one item as it wouldn’t fit and we were swiftly contacted to arrange refund.

Recently ordered from Cotswold Furniture company and from ordering to delivery the whole process was easy with regular delivery updates. Delivery was on time and the delivery guy Gary was really good. Had the bed up in no time and on his own.

Gary and Mike were polite, professional, efficient and quick, Perfect delivery!

Charlie and Kyle J did a great job in delivering a king size bed to a room with really awkward access. They were friendly and got the job done quickly.

Another delivery by Siu-Pai and Mark completed on time and efficiently. Slight blemish on the wardrobe but we can live with it.

I had a problem and the Bath store explained how it would be sorted

From the ordering process through to delivery, the communication was excellent. A special mention to very friendly & courteous delivery staff of Moh H & Simon K.

Gary and Mike B arrived within the time frame I had been given and updated me with a more precise time once they were on their way to my property. They checked out where the furniture was going upon arrival and then carried it carefully upstairs before unpacking and assembling the larger items. They then took up the already assembled items and arranged the furniture in the layout I had requested. I was very pleased with the end result.
Gary and Mike were efficient and polite and took away all the packaging and waste with them. All in all an excellent service and highly recommended.

Our assistant Christina and the team at the Bath showroom were super helpful, both with navigating the extensive range and options as well as building and expediting our multiple orders. There really is no substitute for the personal touch you get shopping on the high street! Many thanks!

Order No 6631913. Charlie and Ian were delivering some furniture including a chest of drawers to our 4th floor flat. Unfortunately the lift had unexpectedly broken down but they valiantly got all the furniture up the stairs. The chest of drawers was rather heavy and they would have been within their rights to decide not to deliver the order. Please convey our thanks to Charlie and Ian

Delivery of the Chester desk was on time this morning with notification updates before and on the day. Charlie & Ian (CHD) managed to park despite new road disruption today, assembled the desk in position to my daughter's satisfaction and the fudge was a very welcome surprise, thank you.

A good quality chair for the price. The seat is a bit hard at the moment but that should soften with use. Excellent delivery - kept us informed about timings and offered efficient service. Thank you Gary and Matt.
