Cottman of Louisville Reviews 

Very friendly and professional staff. I sure hope my car does well. It quit on me the day after I picked it up from Cottman. Another mechanic said there was a cord not fully plugged back into the bottom of my battery when reassembled by Cottman. It was so disappointing to pay all that money and for it not to start! Seems ok now.

Cottman is always efficient with diagnosis and repair, doing an excellent job of communicating during the process. They are also patient in situations where certain work may need approval from administration. They have installed re-manufactured transmissions in 3 different vehicles in the last 2 years for me, and all of these vehicles are still operating properly.

I was on vacation when my transmission started acting up and Greg went out of his way to get me in and have my truck done in a day. I'm sure he put me in front of other customers, but he made sure I was back on the road as quick as possible.
