Effortless transaction
I've found their website in Google when searching for genuine Brother parts to fix a sewing machine I inherited. They have a great range of parts at low prices (compared to eBay). Postage was also reasonable, and the package arrived quickly.
Everything fit perfectly; it was an effortless and low-cost way of fixing the machine.

An excellent company to use!
I had a query regarding urgently needing a replacement part for my Brother overlocker machine but was unsure if the part was available. I contacted Couling, they responded back very quickly giving me the exact information I needed and a link to the part they hold in stock that I could use. Placing the order was super easy and the part was delivered really quickly. I really appreciate their helpfuness and fast response.
The website is good, easy to navigate and lots of variety. Purchasing transaction was a smooth and quick process. I'll certainly be returning to browse more items and make future purchases.

I am so sorry that you received this parcel later than expected. We sent it on a Tracked service with Royal Mail and usually they are good and deliver in 2-3 days but unfortunately sometimes parcels get stuck/lost.
Having checked the tracking again I can see this parcel has now been delivered but I'd like to apologise once again for the delay in receiving these threads.
