I received the wrong size hoodie. I ordered a small and received an extra large. I have sent 2 emails regarding this because I ordered this hoodie for a trip this weekend and have had no response on either email of getting the correct size asap hoping to have it in time because I also bought the hat to match. I've bought from here several times and love the stuff but this time has been disappointing. Especially with no reaponse.

I recently ordered your Countryboy Nashville black hoodie and I am very unsatisfied with it. The threads on both sleeves and also on the hoodie cap have came out. On the back of the hoodie I noticed some discoloration and fabric neps and knots, as well as on the back of sleeves. I’d like to return and receive a refund of the product. Thank you.

Laura was great. She notified me that the hat I ordered was out of stock and sent me choices for a replacement.

The shirt was perfect, beautiful, good in size and quality.

Country Girl Store has a good variety of items and good communications with order, shipping, and delivery confirmation.
Very satisfied with my last order. Both orders i have made with CGS were purchases of gifts. The first order, the size was a little small (many garment sizes do run a little smaller in recent years), so a return was necessary which initiated my second order.
I had a little trouble making contact with someone to send me a RMA #--that's OK and did work out.
The only other issue was that I paid the return shipping cost. There was no compensation or account credit for the return shipping cost which I considered that a bit different compared to the many companies that I order from and sometimes return items to at no-cost. Especially, after Christmas.

The items I received seem well made. The delivery seem on time I'd like to seem more products

An item that as missing from my order I emailed 3 days ago letting them know this and that I would like to just receive a refund for my missing item and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding the issue. I also sent a second email yesterday. And still nothing.

Shirts arrived in a timely manner. Liked the free shipping.

A couple things come to mind about my first experience with Country Girls Store: First off was the great pricing; secondly was the quick delivery; and finally was the good quality of the shirt.

Great product. Shipping was fast. We definitely re-order from country girl again.

My hat arrived stamped sideways. I reached out to the company 3 times over email asking for a new one or a refund (I actually love the hat it just looks ridiculous and frankly how embarrassing that they had one job to do and couldn’t QC it to see how wrong it was made). I got no response after 3 emails. I really wanted to love it and give it a great review but was left with no choice. :(

My order wasn't right but I love ordering from this store.
