A parcel expected at my address was not delivered by EVRi. The reason given was that there was difficulty in finding the address and photos it supplied were not my address. I have supplied EVRI with its tracking number and provided what3words on its app to help it with delivery. No response, and if I fill out its contact form I am alway brought back to the tracking status showing that parcel has not moved from its depot in a week! EVRi seems to have no people working for it and depends on robots and AI that does not appear fit for purpose. No other courier company has difficulty locating my address. EVRI formally known as Hermes has an awful reputation that has not improved by rebranding. Where exactly is my parcel? Will it ever be delivered? Perhaps someone with intelligence will read this review and provide me with an email address that is actually monitored! Otherwise, I don't know how to resolve this issue other than requesting my card issuer to cancel payment due to non receipt of the parcel.

The worst service that I have ever received from a global delivery service. My package arrived in the UK, 9 days ago and is still sitting in the Aramex warehouse. I am fed up receiving appology e-mails but no action. Trying to contact customer service by phone is impossible as you can't even join a queue to speak to someone as a recorded message just advises you to call back later.
My advice, never use Aramex !!!!!
Once again, I have received an apology but no action.
I have called the customer service number over 30 times and cannot get through.
I have received 5 emails saying that the situation will be looked into but there is never any action.
I have repeatedly asked for someone to call me but I have received zero calls.
Absolutely diabolical service!!!!
I would not recommend Aramex to anyone.
Now in to day 9 of my package sitting in the warehouse in London. All my calls just receive the same response, "The warehouse is not responding"
I am going around in circles and getting nowhere.
I would advice anyone considering using Aramex to take their custom elsewhere.
