I have bought a pair of shoes and I didn’t got them, I have explained my problem many times to the help of client
But they pretend they are stupid, COURIR IS A TOTAL SCAM ! Don’t buy anything from this company
They will take your money and then treat you like you are stupid when you tell them you’re problem, complete disappointment

Courir makes the best of shoes that are so comfortable to wear and go on for hours

I highly recommend Courir to anyone in search of a diverse range of high-quality shoes and a fantastic shopping experience.

Personal interaction and where the challenges are in the delivery segment. Give them a chance.too

My shoes were never delivered. The company uses french shipping services so the package is not attended by the local services. Due to this, the package was lost. Customer service is horrible, its 3 weeks and no update. They say it will take them 3 more weeks to investigate.

Horrible online shop. If you buy shoes there is a big chance that its not true to size. I have bought on dutch website of Courier.nl adidas sneakers but the delivery was from France. The return is on customer and there is no return label. I used the return address that they provided on their website. The return cost for me 13 euros and I had tracking number. I have got email about successfully delivering to Courier shop but no return confirmation from courier after 4 weeks. The customer service didn’t answer. I have got my money back only because I paid by PayPal and sent my complaint their. Not recommend to buy smth at this fraud shop!

Website works very poor and translation is pretty bad.

Customer service is only responding after a week with no solution.

Employees in the branch even say the service is pretty bad.

Finally I got what I wanted but would think twice the next time before ordering here.

Delivery took about 4 days from France to Germany and the shoes are as described.
All in all a great experience.

Hi I'm waiting for my money for 9 months now. This needs to be sorted within 1 week or I file with the police and invoke social media complaints.

Bought nike airmax 270, delivery was pretty fast and no problems but the track and trace was wrong

Looking at reviews i was afraid that i will have issues with my order, in fact noon of the bad reviews was true!! well at least with my order, costumer service reply to me in one day when i ask the question, delivery got it in 4 days, super happy with the seller. all as expected:)

Literally scammed, payed for the shoes didn’t received it and or they ignore me or say they speaking with the transportation, it makes more than a month

just don´t, save yourself the trouble. you pay but do not receive anything. than try to get in touch with custmer service, and than try to get your money back for your purchase that has not been delivered. as a bonus you´ll be ignored.

They send me the wrong pair of shoes and i have to pay for the retour cost ?? There is 0 response from their costumer support. U can buy from their site but if something goes wrong do NOT expect they fix it because the won't

Size problem with a pair.... Three phone calls before the customer service give me the email to send photos and stuff in order to return it..... It's been now 2 weeks I'm waiting for an answer, without phone possibility anymore (only web form).
