The shipment after the purchase was very fast. The quality of the jeans was good but they weren't fitting me. Just two stars for how the rest is going so far because I have been waiting for a couple of weeks now and I my money did not arrive until now. Quite disappointing.

I usually don't write reviews (but like to read them) but for this company I have to share my shopping experience - the best I probably ever had! And I do purchase most of my products online so this experience really stood out.

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes in a rare colour so I had a hard time finding it in my size on Amazon etc…that's when I discovered Coutie where I would even get 10% off on my initial order. Quick and intuitive registration, shopping and payment. I ordered on Tuesday early morning and my order got dispatched the same morning. The link for the DHL online delivery tracking actually worked and was direct, nicely accessible on my mobile (unlike with many other companies - I hate it when you first need to create another account, then the link doesnt work, the last update was days ago…). On Friday early morning my package was already delivered to my home in France; internationl delivery was free and the package actually was almost shoebox-size, which is really a detail but it's just so much more convenient than the supersized, completely useless packages that you would often get.. So this new company kept surprising me at each step…and then they even added a 15% welcome promo. this is a little bit heaven. the only thing that would make their service even better would be to offer more delivery options such as drop-off points.
