As with everything, not all is perfect. Even through an experience of product failure, Coutureaura has gone beyond any expectation to satisfy this customer. Very impressed with after purchase service.

This company was a new experience for me & one that I thoroughly enjoyed.
Fantastic website with a vast amount of the most absolutely unusual & unique pieces of jewellery I have ever seen. Ordering was extremely simple and there are a choice of ways to pay which is always great. My order has only just gone in so it hasn't been dispatched as yet but I'm so looking forward to receiving it. I will definitely be back to write a review when it's here.

the ring is a bit smaller than the photo's on facebook showing ; but i like it and its very detailt with a lot of charme ; and the fun is the turning top !

I thought I ordered the ferris wheel ring and what I was charged for was a dollar box $1.99 insurance and 698 shipping I think I don't have the invoice in front of me right now. This is not what I wanted I asked for a refund through text through email twice and still haven't got an answer from anybody.

The page was well put together. The ring looks good. It will b well put to use. Great choses of rings. I hope that i got the right size.

Prompt service

the only reason for 3 stars is that your prices shown are in canadian dollars and when tte order is completed the price remains the same but is switched to us dollars meaning the item costs more than in the beginning

Love the product! Just what I was wanting. however, I selected a size too large, so I bought another one because the price was so great!!

Unfortunately, I encountered a very difficult problem with them regarding shipping. Throughout the entire order, they claim that I am entitled to free shipping and when I get to the checkout, they demand $144 for shipping, which is more expensive than the order itself. They constantly make excuses for why a shipping cost is required and do not comply with the free shipping agreement, which is a shame, as there are dozens of details for the order. Customer service is lacking. Very disappointing.

Dreadful customer service Items didn't arrive contacted company they sent me a photo of a bag no name address or courier displayed no background on photo as proof of their delivery agreed it wasn't good enough proof then said it was signed for Sent a pic of a delivery order No hand writing No signature Nothing Asked to resend or refund No answer to my request

The products were very nice many nice items to choose from it was hard to decide to decide what I wanted I will purchase again
