That your policy sucks

I received a dress when I was out of town. And your policy is 72 hours to report and issue . I couldn’t do it on that time frame cause I was in Vegas for the holidays . The dress doesn’t fit it came with the security tag . So I’m out over $500 the dress still has the tags . Will never buy from you guys again .

We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused, especially with such an important occasion. Your order was delivered on Dec 24, and you reached out on Dec 28 after returning from holiday travel. You let us know the dress arrived with the security tag attached and that once it was removed, the dress did not fit as expected.

Although a return or exchange wasn’t possible, we did issue a 15% refund as a courtesy. We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.

Poor customer service

I ordered the dress Jovanni 44848 and paid extra for the 3 day delivery. I placed the order on December 29, 2025. The dress arrived on January 8, 2026. I called to Coture customer service and it was very unprofessional the way the situation was addressed. I had a wedding in Guadalajara and I had to buy another dress. I travel to Guadalajara on January 6. I do not need the dress anymore and 10% of the value of the dress will be charged to returned even though I paid extra to have it delivery in 3 days. Ridiculous

I felt like they weren’t friendly and…

I felt like they weren’t friendly and constantly kept trying to take 20% off as a penalty for everything. Very unpleasant shopping experience. I wanted to exchange for a diff size and they just were so rude about it.

I ordered and paid for 3 day express…

I ordered and paid for 3 day express shipping, my order did not get picked up by UPS until 8 days after I made my order and 2 days after my cancellation request. Then your supervisor would not accept my request for cancellation due to the dress still being in your possession and it not arriving in time. You went ahead and sent it to me anyway so now I have the hassle of the return. You are a horribly run company with absolutely no customer service qualities. My daughter is a national pageant contestant and I will personally warn everyone I run into in the pageant world to never order from you.

In response to your response, you should not have sent me an email the next day after I made my order stating that my package was on the way with a delivery date of 1/2/26, which is the only reason why I ordered from your site, was because of the 3-day shipping “guarantee “. No where did you state excluding holidays and weekends.

Beautiful fabric but the cut was wrong for my body. I weigh 128 pounds, 5’7” and usually wear a size 4 or 6. I decided to try a size 6 and it was extremely tight. Returning the dress was quite a hassle. The web site is difficult to navigate and I had to send an email to a different address to get authorization and RMA. Then I had to email photos of the dress and shipping number as well as paying for shipping. Be aware that returns are not guaranteed.

Poor communication. Product not yet received a month after the purchase date. Reliability is very poor depending on the delivery method. The company accepts no responsibility for the delivery. :(

CAUTION- HIGH RISK

My wife wanted a "formal" dress. We found one she like based on the picture from their website. We ordered it. It happened to be "discounted" maybe 10% from the "list" price. It came in about a week with free shipping. Get it out of the box and its not the same color as the picture.....i mean, its in the ballpark but not what I would call "close" and im a guy who doesnt care about precision of colors, but my wife does. Anyway, its not in the color way of the event were going to (even though the picture on website is perfect) so she wants to return it. I request an RMA from these clowns at CoutureCandy.com and i immediately get a response with a bunch of documentation of how they have a no returns policy for " Anything on DISCOUNT, SALE, PROMOTOION.....". So basically, as a business, all you need to do is put a light "discount" on any item even your new stock and now its a final sale item. I pointed this out to them through email and the best they would do is offer me a 10% "rebate" on the just under $400 dress i bought my wife that she wont use. I offered to pay the shipping to send it back to them so I could get a refund and they again referred me to their no returns policy. I reminded them its 2026 and this kind of business model doesn't survive. Oh well, I dont give a shit about the $400 but i know there are people out there that struggle to pay for this kind of thing and get screwed by some company like this one and end up with a piece of mesh for $ 400 that wouldnt even be good to wash a car with. I'm chalking it up to $400 loss on my end but be warned. This is a shit company. I bought a $1000 hand made sport coat from Scotland last month and if it doesnt fit just right or you want them to alter it they will return it or alter it for you. Welcome to 2026 CoutureCandy. Oh and by the way, people dont spend their limited free time reviewing all the language on webpages talking about how you dont return items that are on sale. Good job displaying it but you cant just put BS statements up. Sales final is for low interest, custom and clearance items. Come on man!
