Start reading from negative reviews please, they’re the only ones that are true!! People don’t waste your time and hard earned money for those scammers who don’t send what they advertise. Go to any of the cheap pages that sell same or even better kind of products than Couwy!! These scammers don’t respond your emails, the products don’t look same as they are on their page, the quality is below any star!!! Stay away and don’t count they’ll refund as they simply cheat people, only the low star reviews are real. And I’m sorry but if you say these dresses are nice and to be work by you, I don’t want to even think of your taste. All the positive reviews come pretty much from the same address, so sorry who writes them?! If you want a refund, forget it, they don’t refund as the page says. They will offer you like 20$ and keeping these poor quality ‘clothes’, and if you’re not interested they will stop talking to you. If you review on Facebook/instagram, they’ll block you. Scammers, stay away!!!

Dresses appear as viewed. Sizing as directed. I’m usually L, ordered M as directed.

I agree with ALL negative reviews here. Don’t spend your time and you hard earned money on those scammers. The clothes are faulty and don’t look like what they show in their site. There is no contact with the owners, they don’t offer returns instead they want to give you 20 bucks back even if you paid $200!! They don’t care at all. Please report them to your banks and police to block them and scam people!!! ‘Businesses’ like this one should be out there!! Stay away!!

Really nice dresses! I love the material. Only the delivery took a bit longer than expected.

Very good service, fast delivery and clothes true to size

Bought a great dress for a wedding. Just as described. It was more of a maxi dress than in the picture but suited the occasion. Lovely material and well finished.

Ordered dress. Arrived 10 days later. Don't do alot of online ordering dues to previous bad experiences but this was great. Dress looked exactly as it looked in the photos. The size was accurate too. Overall delighted with my product

Only one item of two was in the tracked package. No response from customer services. No refund for item that has not arrived

I feel I am dealing with scammers. I never received a confirmation email. Will report this to the bank.

Today I’m finally done with these scammers. So, they didn’t answer my emails, gave me some BS ideas like 20$ back or no policy for returns, fake emails saying to email that other email that doesn’t exist just to play with time blah blah I made a dispute with my bank and after 2 months I finally got my money back via the bank dispute, so I encourage EVERYONE to do the same. It’s the only way you can get ALL your money you paid for this trash. Btw, the store comes from HKG. And after the dispute don’t make them foul you with other addresses in fb or instagram, they have same cr@p under different addresses. Block not to see and avoid the scammers!! It’s better to shop shein seriously!!

If I could give no stars I would!! Run from those scammers!!!! They advertise nice looking clothes but what you get is poor looking material, faulty zippers and no response. It’s a joke that they don’t even want to respond to your email and take their lousy dresses back. Save your money avoiding them. I’m giving them one more week for an email back and refund me for the order and then I’ll warn everyone online under each of their posts on instagram or any media I see. If you have a return policy you should be able to use it. Also I don’t have any information where to send it and once I email them to send it there is no response at all. I waited over a month for delivery, they didn’t answer my emails about delivery either. And there is no link to see where the delivery is. NEVER AGAIN I WANT TO DEAL WITH COUWY!!!

Edit: they keep sending non existing emails that I should contact that email address just to play with time. And after giving them all the details which item I want to send back they play stupid and ask basically questions I provided them with already. The social media they have they blocked me so I can’t contact them at all. Blocking somebody and not responding is already a huge RED FLAG 🚩 !!! All the positive reviews here are fake, you can tell!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
Next Monday I’m contacting police and banks to stop that fake business. Also they posted a few fake positive reviews to get better rates as you can tell one person wrote them.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
The material of the dress is tissue paper thin. I paid nearly £70 for the item and am so disappointed.
I have emailed and asked for a refund and a return address. Customer Service doesn't sound good from the reviews either.

Products as described, seem to be of good quality, & look good on.
Delivery was a little slow
