DO NOT USE this company. We had a medical emergency in Greece and got no help, apparently we were on an island with no hospital so were left overnight with no help. This was in April and we still haven’t got any medical expenses back! Not even an email or any communication! Tried calling and phone line is terrible very crackly and slow response where we could hardly hear them. When we finally reached someone they were useless, wait another week they said ….. gave us another number which was out of use.,,,,this service is ridiculously bad.
It's now 13.7.26 and we haven't heard anything! We would appreciate a call from a senior representative of your company ASAP!!!
It is now 22/7/26 still no call and no idea of when we will get our money. Please can someone call us?
24/7/26 after chasing again on 22nd we finally got hold of someone who advised us this case will be resolved by Monday. This followed by an email confirming it would be resolved within 5 to 7 days another contridiction. Then we got a call confirming the previous call/email were false our case wouldn't be resolved in 5-7 days. In fact they were missing a document that they needed which they hadn't sent to us. It transpired this GP doc is going to take 28 days to complete and cost us £50, this should have been issued and requested at the beginning of our case in May its now July. We got the documents to our Doctors within 24 hours of receiving the email so I ask that this error is not put onto us this is your teams error. What an absolute shambles !!! THEN to read the response on trust pilot today saying they are awaiting docs from us!!!!! This is your error, not ours, we have been chasing weekly and no-one even mentioned missing documents. Do we now have to wait another month for our monies? For your error not ours. Again I request an urgent call from senior management to talk through our case.

Bought a travel insurance policy and needed to update the medical declaration. Spoke with Sofia, who was lovely. Handled the update request swiftly and directed me to new email correspondence. Great customer service!

I called up to cancel a policy as I had found another provider who was cheaper.
The guy (didn't ask his name) was friendly, personable and professional. He made the whole process smooth and easy. Really impressed.
Made me think about the possibility of going back to them next year
