My credit card was charged but no response
On August 22, 2020 I ordered the "Ready to Scan" Ciclop Scanner Kit (total cost is $253.25 including shipping). From about a week ago to the moment (September 4) I have been trying to reach the company by e-mail, Facebook, phone (phone number is no longer in service) but no response. The order status is still "awaiting for processing". However, my credit card was charged on the day of order. In accordance with the company Facebook page I am not the only person who has the same problem. For now as far as I understand I do not have a chance to get the merchandise or refund
