I bought air struts for my Land Rover…

I bought air struts for my Land Rover Discovery 4 from Cow Total's ebay store. They spruiked a 5 year warranty and were initially helpful, but once the 30 day Paypal protection period ended, they ghosted me. Do not buy from this seller, the product I bought was of poor quality, it had obviously been built using a shock absorber which was nowhere close to being able to handle the weight, but worse than that, if there is a issue they will do the bare minimum to string you along and then will wash their hands of you. Extraordinarily dishonest seller.
