Great customer service from Laiba after one of our wall lights was delivered damaged. Laiba dealt with this very promptly, ensuring a new light was dispatched and received within 2 days as well as sorting everything for the return. Very impressed with how Laiba dealt with this issue.

Ordered a £675 piece of furniture (Bergen Clothesrail) when it arrived it was badly made so wobbled and rocked and even came with cable ties to fix it too the wall! Requested return as unfit for purpose….that was an epic task….was collected two weeks ago and I still haven’t had my refund. Poor customer service, poorer products so won’t ever order from them again and recommend others not to either!! You have been warned!!

Ordered a lamp from Cox & Cox. It was a pre order item with only a rough date of when item would be in stock. On contacting customer service they confirmed that I would be contacted prior to item being dispatched. This didn't happen, I then received a delivery notice for a time I knew I would be away. Rung customer service again, they confirmed that item had only been picked and not dispatched and would put delivery on hold. Again customer service proved to be talking twaddle. As 2 days later I received a delivery notice from DPD. I could see from delivery proof that DPD didn't deliver item to me, left outside some unknown front door that is not mine. I want a refund, but am now getting delaying waffle tactics from Cox & Cox customer service. I hope my review helps other people decide not to purchase from Cox & Cox.

Please could someone explain why the details for the company don’t add up…on the glossy website it clearly states they’re located in Frome, Somerset but according to Trust Pilot they’re actually well over 100 miles north, on a filthy looking industrial estate between Wolverhampton & Birmingham…which is it, a Somerset market town or an industrial estate? I’m not surprised I’m having trouble with my order…

I placed an order for some bedside table lights, lights arrived fine but were the wrong color, I contacted Cox and Cox for return instructions, packed and returned the item in the boxes as requested.

Cox and Cox have made arrangements with their local post depot that no post or parcels should be delivered to their depot, therefore returns can’t be made.

I’ve now had to resort to legal action to recover my refund. Do not use this company, they are NOT a UK company, they have a front address in the UK but operate from the far east and can’t be contacted, they are nothing more than just a bunch of criminals.

No complaints or issues with any aspect. Also the delivery driver Ranvir (Singh) was a very nice chap; polite and professional. Order delivered on time and with care.

I ordered a picture frame from here for £55. Two days later I saw they were having a summer sale and the picture is now £75 reduced from £85! It’s such a scam, putting the price up by £20 and pretending you’re having a sale. Disgusting scamming people.
