SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM ANYONE THEY PARTNER WITH
Placed an order for Toast Podcast Merch months ago and still haven't received my order. The merch was pre order- I followed up with them a week after the expected ship date with no resolution. I let a couple weeks go by and still no package- I followed up to cancel my order. They said no sorry we shipped it already but only after responding to my email. Again weeks went by and I followed up because the package never moved or was shipped. Now months have gone by the Shopify tracker shows it has not been shipped but they claim it was delivered August 17th. They tell me to file a claim with USPS only to find out my correct address as provided to them was not on the package and was delivered elsewhere. I again ask for a refund only for them to say we need proof USPS said this... USPS CANNOT LEGALLY give me an address that is not mine. I have now provided them with the informed delivery email stating I had no incoming packages the week of the delivery and AGAIN ask for a refund. This is the worst company and I WILL NEVER purchase anything from a brand they manage again.
As a side note if you look at the Toast's social accounts or Shopify reviews there are multiple people that this has happened to who also feel scammed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!
