Complete scam

Complete scam. It’s sad that people do
this to other people. Ordered in July and it’s now April. No beanbag chairs, yet it says “delivered.” My emails don’t even go through as it’s all fake.

Complete scam

Complete scam! Ordered the bean bag chair in July 2024. Received a fake tracking number from them. It is now October and I still never received the product. I contacted my credit card company and made a claim and the company had the nerve to try to fight me on it and say that I did receive the product. So now I’m again signing a fraudulent paper claim still trying to get my money back from the company. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!

Ordered in July…. Nothing. Complete scam… never again. Will go to my credit card company for recourse if possible. Shady af, some people suck!

Took my money and disappeared

I would give zero if that was an option! Ordered in July..they sent a delivery notice soon after for an address in Canada. I contacted them and they said they would send it to correct address. Never got it and now I cannot find them. This will severly impact my future purchases from online stores. Shady AF! Beware!!

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! They sent me a email of my order and charged my card. Then sent a email later saying their Domain was messed up to write at another website and email! Then when I tried to send the email, everything was shut down! Nothing existed basically. Couldn’t email, couldn’t access tracking, couldn’t even go to the site I ordered it from! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pure scam

I saw the ad for this bean bag on Instagram. I purchased items from the stores advertised on Instagram before, and all were legit, so I just assumed that if the company wera allowed to advertise on that platform, it wouldn't be a scam. I wish I checked the reviews beforehand...I have a similar story to other reviewers; the item was delivered to a random location in the States (I ordered to Vancouver); when I reached out to support, they offered a 20% discount and sent another tracking number. The 2nd item was delivered to the States too. After that, they stopped responding. I disputed the transaction with the credit card company, hope that goes through.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Ordered the bean bag chair at the beginning of July. Was sent BS tracking info a few days later and then again on July 17th... then on July 29th I get an indication that my package had been delivered... To a completely different state. I tried to contact the seller, and no luck. I have since tried to contact seller, contact shipping company and still no luck. I contacted my credit card company to report fraudulent transaction. That was when I found this website.

I fell for the scam

I fell for the scam. Should have looked at reviews first. My tracking showed it was delivered to a different state so I emailed the company. They said I was given the wrong tracking information and was promised a 20% refund along with them giving me a new tracking number. Never got the tracking number so I kept emailing and they said they were going to issue me a full refund which would take about 4 days to process. That was about 2 weeks ago and now they are completely ignoring me. I have emailed two more times since I still have not received a refund and they will not respond. Don’t buy from cozy spaces!!!

100% a scam company

I fell for the Facebook ad for a cozy pod; If it seems too good to be true it probably is. As with other reviewers below my 'first' shipment was delivered to a different state. I received the same excuse of receiving the wrong the wrong tracking number and the promise of a 20% discount. Haven't seen the discount and only got a second tracking because I asked how long to expect the replacement. Since following up - I've had zero replies. I will be disputing with my credit card as well. Save yourself the time and headache; do not order from any cozy-spaces websites claiming they sell a 7 foot cozy pod...

Complete scam

Complete scam. I received an email that my order had shipped when I emailed them back they stated that I received an email for someone else’s shipping information and they would give be a 20% refund and reship the item with a new tracking number. I have not received a new tracking number or a new email. It’s been two weeks. I can’t find the original site I ordered from and I’m getting no response to my emails. SCAM!!

Dont fall for the scam

Dont fall for the scam. Shows items delivered to a different state then order details are taken down from website and Shop app. Never responded emails.
I disputed transaction with credit card.

This site is a scam do not order they sent me a message through the shop app saying it was delivered and they even have the nerve to let you track it smh and then the delivery location is nowhere near you very irritated will be disputing and getting my money back so not order anything

Possible Scam website

Cozyspaces delivered my bean bag chair to another state, but it has the correct address on my purchase receipt through the SHOP app. I also received a weird email from someone saying I ordered a product through their hacked Gmail account 2 days after purchase. I tried reaching out to the delivery service YunExpress and it's impossible to fill out a form on the package or speak to anyone, i instead sent an email to the site directly and heard nothing. I reached out to Cozy via the SHOP app and received an automatic response and they use "Zendesk" as customer service. I contacted my bank to dispute this transaction.

Different Name, Same Scam

I ordered a pod from cozyspaces.net. It appears that this is the same company and every time they're reported enough times for scamming people, they take down their sites, rebrand, and go back to business. I ordered a blanket and pod - the blanked, with a wholly misleading photo, arrived but the pod shows as delivered to a location about 1000 miles away. I went to their site to inquire about getting it redirected or refunded and the site - lo and behold - has been pulled down. They claim to be in the Netherlands (credit card shows Valkenburg Netherlands 2235 TN NLD) with the shipment originating in China. I'm not opposed to dropshippers, but finding out who the company is shouldn't be this difficult. They have "Doreme. Amsterdam" on their Facebook page but that's nothing. I purchased my item through the Shop app (owned by Shopify) and getting in contact with them apparently takes an act of Congress. I ultimately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I can't prove it, but I assume they give the same tracking numbers out to people and then ghost them when the item is sent to another location.
