I spoke to Daryl yesterday

I spoke to Daryl yesterday; he is very good at his job. He quoted me the price, and I told him I could buy most items cheaper from other companies. He understood, but right after we were done with the phone call, an invoice showed up in my email. I ended up ordering the 2 items from another store at a much cheaper cost.

Completely let down

I made six total calls to cpap.com and still have no resolution. Four calls were made on Mi day June 4th during business hours but they were closed. Two calls were made today. The first representative was as helpful as he could be but after I hung up with him and checked the information I was given I discovered it to not be correct. So, I called back. Trying to communicated with the rep was next to impossible and so I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for over 20 mins until I had to get off the call because of other responsibilities. I am severely disappointed and am about ready to return products and try someone else.

Great experience

I called cpap to ask question’s and order a cpap machine and Jacqueline was extremely helpful and very nice and patient in answers all my questions. I really enjoyed talking with her. She was very knowledgeable with the equipment and made sure to give me options and made sure I ordered the right equipment for my needs. Thank you Jacqueline.
